My 7-year old went on what he thouht was a free game on my Samsung and I was charged £3.00.  I texted the company to complain about this and I was charged a premium text message rate for telling them this.

What happens now?  I would like to write to them but can't find a contact address.  Accessing their website means that you give your consent to the games all of which, I've now deleted from my phone.

Can anyone help me with an address, please?  Thanks

    - just bought a Tesco SIM for an old Samsung mobile (previously my eldest daughter's) for my youngest daughter to use to phone home/text friends etc. I put £10 of credit on the phone last Thursday; by Saturday it had all gone! There were some old Java games on the phone and it appears that in reactivating/playing the games, my daughter triggered 3 X £3 call charges to Mbiz, although she is adamant that she did not send any texts. Tesco mobile accepted no responsibility but immediately gave me the phone numbers :

    0845 600 6105 & 0207 0600 200 for In Skin Media

    - phoned them who logged my details and will refer the case back to Mbiz Samgsung to consider a refund etc

I have had the £4.50 charge on my phone and I never touch games etc.. so where do they come from and why can't they be blocked.  Has anyone been charged more than once? is it a monthly thing or a one off?

i have also experienced a horrible encounter with the morons at m-biz global. my husband did purchase a game from m-biz this is not in dispute but as per their website, we contacted them to get the code re-issued due to the wiring loom breaking in his samsung phone. this in turn meant the software was re installed. m-biz advise the price paid is a one off payment and its easy to just be sent a new code and jobs done. i have spoke to many idiots from the 'customer care' team which i use the term customer care loosely. on the 1st ocassion they recorded my number wrong. on the 2nd conversation they were rude and hung up on me, this happened on many ocassions. they have continued to send me links to wap push to download the game which in turned crashed my phone which is now back with samsung for repair. i recorded all the names of people who i spoke to that advised i would be intitled to a full refund as they couldnt help me all i had to do was contact refunds@m-bizglobal.co.uk.  tried this now 3 times. i even had a member of staff telling me that they had spoke to their manager aaron and he had spoke to someone above him who had authorised my refund and to resubmit my claim.  after loads of attempts they still refer me to their terms and conditions and want to call me a liar in return. i asked for no more contact to my mobile number - then get an email telling me they have resent my game link. disgusting customer care and i will certainly be passing all my findings onto every authority that will listen. these people are nothing but rip off merchants and do not live up to any promises made. and even ask for your banking details to issue a refund  i dont think so.......

Got 2 texts on the 14/11/2011 and opened them - didn't recognise the number. Charged 10p each for the texts and then a further £4.50 for each one.  This is theft/fraud!!

Well its 2012 and its still happening. I loaned my phone to my grandaughter and she tried the demo game and lo and behold I have been charged £4.50 plus 10p. I know she didn't send a text to 82018 or receive a text from 700046033 as the phone was in my handbag at the time!!!!!!! Surely something must be done about this company, this scam goes back at least 4 years. I will now delete all the "FREE" trial games.

I have had trouble with this company.  My grandson had a phone bought for him at christmas.  He received a message from them saying he hadn't enough funds so he hadn't been able to purchase the game even though he hadn't ordered it or clicked on anything saing he wanted it.  I am sure that as soon as I top up his phone he will be charged for this, I am going to put another Virgin sim card in the phone......ha ha ha.  I will tell him NOT to play any of the games on his phone.  I have tried to contact the company through their web site but there is nothing to post a complaint or question.  The same thing happened to me and with being on contract I was just charged for it, I didn't even know until I got my monthly bill as with all the other posts on this site, I feel that this is bordering on being illegal.
Anyone out there want to start a protest to present to the Trading Standard, I will sign any petition.

Just had my T-mobile bill through and a charge of £4.50 + £0.10 appeared from a number 700046033.
The £0.10 is from a text 82018, followed by the 7000 number.

Called T-Moblle who said this is a 3rd party charge, deal with them (Hmmm).

Having asked for more detail, it belongs to Samsung and i should call 08456006105.
Not happy at all, and will complain to both T-mobile and Samsung.

If its someone else, will also complain tho them...there's too many of these scams going about.

I will get to the bottom of this!
