Strange guy, very rude hung up on me when I asked a question.

Joe Quinn just called me. This guy a scam artist.  Stay away............

What an [***] is right.  Couldn't be any ruder.  [***]

I just received a very rude call from John Quinn if that is his real name. He was trying to pedal a legal plan that would send my office thousands of cases. He was very friendly until I asked him for attorney referrals to validate his sales pitch. He then proceeded to swear and hung up on me.

I also received a call from Joe Quinn.  When I called him back on my cell phone he wanted to hang up and call me back from my office number.  I never called him back after reading these posts.  He is obviously trying to sell me something since I am a lawyer in Maryland.

This guy Joe Quinn told me his brother or father is a head DA in New York and that, "if you want to get a good lawyer then you need to get one that listens."   This was after I asked him what the name of url was of the website that he was peddling.  Very pushy and hung up on me.

This scumbag called my office and told me I was "thrown a bone" by a corrections officer whom I have never heard of. He then told me I was too stupid and patronized me by calling me "councilor".

This guy is an [***] - and he's definitely on my list of "hang up immediately" people.  Who does he think he's kidding? I remember him from the LAST time he called, it's impossible to forget.  He's some kind of throwback to the 50's, when this sort of call apparently worked.

Received a call from this [***] about 20 minutes ago.  We are a small family owned law office in a very small town in NC and we are usually overly friendly.  He asked to speak with the attorney, who was at lunch; and when I told him so, he asked me to have him call back.  I said, the paralegals do the initial intake and the attorney would not call him back unless he had more information. He was extremely RUDE, condescending, and arrogant, telling me that he would not give out his personal information to an assistant.  I then realized he was probably a telemarketer and told him to go F*#k off and hung up on him.  Why is this [***] still in business and making cold calls after all the remarks on here??  Someone from the BBB ought to put him out of his misery.  Complete [***].

This guy seems to be working the east coast circuit.  Called our firm in Virignia and demanded that he speak to a certain attorney.  When I told him I would make an appointment, he said he didn't say he wanted an appointment and then demanded to speak to the attorney again.  I told him he wasn't in and that I would give him the message - NOT!  Thanks to all the posts, I now know we weren't the only "victims"!

This guy called today and left a message that he needed an attorney. So I called him back and he answered. He said he had Union workers who would go to his website to get lawyer referrals. He asked if I had a website. I said that I would be happy to look at his.

He then said that he knew enough that when a person doesn't listen to him he's not interested. Then he said bye and hung up on me.

They guy made me laugh. He sounds like something off the Jerky Boys tape.

Very Rude. Just called our office twice in less than 20 minutes. Refused to give me any information regarding his "DUI" that he said he "of course got in in our city". When pressed for more information he had some kind of ringing sound in the background and would say he has another call and would get off the phone. This happened both times he called.

Mr. Joe Quinn called and left a message at our office this morning, I thought his voice and telephone number were somewhat questionable. I believe the other gal that answers phones has talked to him before and said he was extremely rude. I've Googled many a telephone numbers in my day, but I have never seen as many comments about as for Mr. Quinn -- he is SOL. :)

He called me early in the morning and woke me. I forward my business phone to my cell in case a client is arrested at night. He left a frantic message that he needs an attorney.

I heard the voicemail and thought someone might be in trouble/in jail. So I called back. He was really pushy and wouldn't let me get a word in to excuse myself from the call. I hung up and added him to my spam list.

He called back a second later to leave another voicemail calling me an "[***]".

Received a call from this individual. Sent the call to company voice mail, the number was blocked; however, the caller left a voice mail asking that we call back at (718) 263-0126. By the tone of the voice mail, it seemed like an urgent matter. I returned the call. After my simple introduction, the caller instantly became aggressive and raised his tone of voice. I responded in kind.

Based off of the voice mail, I predicted that this person may be an aggressive and ill-tempered individual. My suspicions were proved correct.

I'm shocked. I'm not really sure what his selling strategy is.

This guy (Joe Quinn) calls the front desk this morning asking for an attorney for a new case. When not directed directly to an attorney he says if I want to speak to an assistant, I'll just call someone else. Have hism call me directly, gave the phone number and hung up. Extremely rude and obnoxious.

I just had to deal with this awful man! The receptionist gave me the message and said "He only wants to talk to the attorney". Well being the secretary I call him back to try to make an appointment and the guy freakin flips out on me! Screaming at me about how he wants to speak with the attorney and how dare I ask him questions?! He is insane! I wish I had read these posts before I called this psycho.

just got a call from this guy - rude - said he wanted an atty for a DUI - when I asked if he had received paperwork, he said "I haven't hire your firm yet, I wish to talk to the Atty"  Was an out of state number so I checked it out - glad I did - won't put him thru if he calls again!
