Joe Quinn, rude, rude, rude.  Said he only wanted to talk to the attorney and said he would not give me any information until he decided to hire the lawyer.  Don't fall for this guy's lies!!!

Joe Quinn called me a year ago and when I told him I was not interested he was very rude to me and hung the phone up in my face.  I received another call from him on August 31, 2015, as he was speaking I remembered him.  I even told him we spoke before.  He said great and went on with his pitch.  I politely told him I was not interested to which he said "you dont do your due diligence, Im glad you turned me down" and then again hung the phone up in my face.  I called him back and told him I would let as many people know as I could about his behavior. So thats what I am doing.  I hope others do the same.

This guy called our company this morning.  Rude, to say the least.  When I asked who he was with he said, "What do ya mean, who am I with?"  I said, "Well, are you another attorney?"  He says, "No, I'm lookin' for an attorney."  Sounded very "Godfather", if you know what I mean.  Thanks for posting all this.  He won't be getting through while I'm here.

Called asking to speak to the attorney.  He used foul language and was completely unprofessional.  When he found out the attorney was a woman, he hung up on me.  Bet he would be shaking in his Neanderthal shoes if he knew both attorneys are women!  I can only hope everyone blasts this jerk and the business folds.

Back at it! I just got a call from Joe Quinn (718-263-0126) demanding to speak to an attorney, I told him that one was unavailable and that he needed to schedule a consultation. He is response? "Shut the f*** up. I didn't ask for no bull sh** answer." Charmed.

Got a call from this number. Sounded like he needed an attorney for himself, but didn't really answer my questions.

Joe Quinn call my law office a few minutes ago pertaining that he needed to talk to an attorney about a car accident.  As I preceded to get more information he was very rude and hung up on me.  I called the contact # 718-263-0126 back and he answered and I told him not to call again and I was reporting his business to the BBB about his misrepresentation.

He's even calling down to Florida. He called asking to speak to the attorney because he was in a car accident. I explained we never put people through to the attorney without information, he then became very rude and angry. When I asked for a date of accident, he got irate. I just hung up on him. Thankfully, I googled the phone number before passing the info along to the attorney. I'll be sure to warn the rest of the office. Thank you for this post. Joe Quinn is a nut job!

This gruffIe sounding man called like he was a maffia boss. Demanding information, he terrified the secretary. Upset, she thought this man was going to hurt her. Pushy salesman is an underststatement; what a jerk and who would want to do business this man.

Joe Quinn 718-263-0126 called our  law office demanding to speak to an attorney. We screen all of their calls- so they don't get stuck talking to the Joe Quinn's of the world.  He was such a pig. When I asked what the call was in regards to he said a car accident. I asked him if he was in a car accident he became belligerent and started belittling me. I looked him up online he runs a [***] little referral website- I hope his clients know how horrible he is.

Just got a call from this idiot. We are a small law firm in Illinois and he said he needed a PI attorney for a car accident.  I advised him I do all the initial intake information and he said he wasn't going to give me the information since he hadn't hired us yet and would only talk to an attorney.  I assumed by the his rudeness and the area code that he was a solicitor so I googled his number.

Joe Quinn called us multiple times today initially pretending to be an individual looking for legal representation. His first two calls ended up with him being unwilling to give any information to our support staff, with Joe Quinn unleashing a torrent of vulgar profanity, and hanging up.

When he called back, I got on the line quickly with him, he started making his sales pitch. While I was on the phone, I googled his name and his website thelaborsite.com and saw that he's been pulling the same nonsense for years and years.

I politely told him that we weren't interested in his advertising or referral services, at which point he let loose with a string of cursing of verbal abuse before hanging up.

It seems that this is a sales scam combined with Joe Quinn's personal mental health issues.

Mr. Quinn is very rude & disrespectful. He is up to it again. He is a con Artist.
