Received a call at 11:32 a.m. on 2/25/13 from a Private Caller.  The caller asked for someone in our office and made it sound like he was his best friend. I proceeded to tell him that the person he was calling for was not in and may I ask who is calling and can I have a number where he can call him back.  He told me his name was Joe Quinn at 718-263-0126.  I then asked him if this was a sales call and he told me he was looking for an attorney, I told him that he has contacted the wrong person and that he can not help him.  JOE QUINN IF YOU ARE READING ALL OF THESE COMMENTS REGARDING YOUR CALLS....PLEASE STOP ANNOYING US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same deal.  Guy was a complete **** to our staff and I called him out.  Apparently he is an "elected union official,"  HA!  Big deal buddy...

Joe Quinn called our office today and was a total jerk when I asked him why he was calling. I spotted that he was a salesman right off the bat and all these posts confirmed it!

Called my law office (in New Jersey) today. I thought it's a potential client - called back, he said - needs "an attorney in [my town] for his union members for PI and criminal cases." I said ok, but  he suddenly said he "needs to go" and hung up.

Glad I googled this number and found out about all this non-sense.

This guy called our office and was very rude.  I'm glad that I googled this, and even happier that I didn't give my boss the call!

We just got "Quinned" too!  LOL!  He called just now asking for my boss.  He indicated that Ron Stevens referred him and when I asked him if he would like to speak to Nick, our PI case manager, he said "I asked for a specific person and that's who I want to speak to." I said, "okay no problem, have a blessed day."  He didn't even allow me to finish my sentence because he hung up.  Thanks for posting this.  I will NOT be passing this along. I wonder if there is a way to report his phone number to the authorities, but then again I guess being a jerk isn't against the law.  

We should all go to his website http://www.thelaborsite.com/ and send him this suggestion:  "You go to hell you and you die" like Mr. Garrison from South Park, lol.

At least this guy is consistent. Today, this guy called my law office and was extremely rude, obnoxious and demanding to my secretary. He demanded to speak to me immediately. But, I was out. When my secretary asked him what he was calling about, he falsely claimed that he was calling me about a large injury case that he had and claimed that he was looking for a lawyer (something that he thought would result in me calling him back immediately).  Like a lot of unscrupulous salesmen selling advertising to lawyers these days, this guy attempts to get potential advertising customers (lawyers) on the phone by pretending to be a prospective client with a large case or by pretending to be another lawyer referring a large case. Then, when the potential advertising customer (lawyer) returns the call, the salesman pretends that the secretary misunderstood the message and claims that while he, himself, is not a potential client with a large case, he can "route" or "drive" hundreds of potential clients with large cases to the lawyer for a modest advertising fee.

I receive a call from this clown pretty much once per year. His voice is unforgettable, and I immediately know who it is once he speaks. And every single year, I tell him I'm not interested. Last years reply was some expletives, and "You're too stupid to do that!" shouted at me since I refused to listen to him. Now today, I told him again I am not interested and he began shouting and he never gives you the opportunity to dish it back to him as he says he part and then hangs up.
What a piece of work this clown is......

I made mistake of returning call to Mr Quinn - he wanted to know where I was, and I asked how he would not know where I am if he needed my services, and he replied "go *uck myself" - he must be working the Missouri legal directory this summer...

Extremely rude and obviously a sales person. Especially when the number comes up as a "Blocked Call". Called back to ask a couple questions to verify if the "accident" took place in the state we practice being that his number is a New York number and he got all disturbed. Oh well. Maybe Laborsite.com needs a new marketing/sales person because if this is their main guy for sales, their in trouble.

Yep, called here, too, lied about having a DWI case, and was rude to my office manager. This was a mistake, since my office manager is also my wife. So I printed out these comments and posted them in the lawyer's room at the courthouse. Don't believe he'll be doing much bidness in this here neck of the woods.

This guy called and made it sound like he needed an attorney but refused to speak with anyone but our head attorney. I took his name and number then he told me it was about an accident he was in. When I told him someone else would be able to speak with him he screamed at me, saying "I didn't ask to speak with anyone else, don't you dare put me through to someone else, have (attorney's name) call me" then hung up. I told the attorney and he called him back to see what was up. The guy was a jerk to our attorney too, saying how he must have worked with the wrong people in the past and he doesn't want to work with an attorney who's not really interested before hanging up on him.

Same.  My ladies here wasted time trying to find his case.

Yep...got a rude call from him ...like I normally would I tried to get information from him about what county he got a DUI in and such....was very rude would not answer any questions. Very pushy like other people have atated before and wow at least get a new number buddy seems like Joe Quinn has been playing this game for a few years.

We had checked on him previously and told him that we knew he was a solicitor.  Told my secretary to [***].  NYPD should get this guy.

Just received a call from Joe Quinn demanding to speak with the managing attorney at the law firm where I work.  He claimed that he was involved in an accident and wanted to speak with the attorney regarding same.  He was extremly RUDE  and PUSHY!!!  I offered my assistance as the paralegal at the firm and he said, "I didn't ask to speak with you, I asked to speak with the attorney and if I wanted your help I would have asked for it"!!   As required by my firm, before transferring a call to an attorney, I have to request basic information regarding the accident.  When I asked him when his accident occurred, he replied, "I'll provide that information to the attorney, when I speak with him".    Of course, I decided not to pass his information along to the attorney and decided to google his telephone number.  I'm glad I did.

Got "Quinned" today.  Got past the secretary by lying about needing a DUI attorney for his case.  I new I wasn't interested in his national website, but it was a slow day so I went along -- hey, he's paying for the long distance call.  After about 10 minutes of feigned interest, I said I wasn't interested which triggered the profanity described in prior posts.  I have to say, it was a nice break in the day.

What an A**Hole this guy was!
