Receive a call from him as well, rude, only would speak to my attorney.  He even gave a bogus referral attorney name.

Just got a call from this number saying he was "Joe Quinn".  He started telling me he needed a DUI lawyer.  I am in Orlando and we have a lot of tourists, but his aggressive attitude had me suspicious.  I asked if the case was in the local area and he indicated he represents an entire union who is looking for a guy like me to handle all their DUI cases.  What a deal!  And, for him to have found little o' me, out of all those other potential lawyers.  I politely told him that I was not looking for any other advertising solutions at this time, whereupon he yelled, "Is that what you think this is?  I wouldn't hire you if my life was in trouble... you Fu**in A**hole!"  Then he hung up.  I think that was the rudest sales call EVER.

We just received a very rude and abrasive call from a private number.  Caller said he was Joe Quinn and left the phone number of 718-263-0126.  He told me he didn't appreciate being spit on by our lawyers (because his call had not been returned within half an hour)  He said he needed an attorney for a car accident, but refused to give any information to our receptionist.  I don't know what this guy's scam is, but he seems to be up to something.

Guy just called us for the third time.  First time about a year ago and he hung up on the attorney. Now he's called three times in a row after being told by the attorney he wanted nothing to do with him!  Guy is nuts, rude and apparently stupid

Received a call this morning from who I can only assume was this guy.  Asked to speak with the attorney, and called him by name; I told him he wasn't available could I help him; he asked to leave his name, Joe Quinn and when I asked what it was in regards to he told me a DWI.  I thereafter advised him it was our policy to not talk about criminal matters over the phone that I would need to make him an appointment.  He told me he didn't ask for an appointment.  I apologized but again advised that was our policy and he then told me, "you don't know what you're talking about lady and you're a a**hole and hung up.  He called from a blocked number and I believe has called back since then but hung up right away.  It really upset me to start with, well, so much so that I looked into him which is when I found this site.

Guy just called my office to sell me on his BS website, he kept upping the offer for me to join, when I told him I would think about it, he hung up, glad I googled his name and found this site, what a loser.

Mr. Quinn called before and I didn't realize he wasn't a client. I looked him up after he wouldn't answer our return calls. He just called again and I was ready for him! I asked him what he needed and he said he "Had a DUI". I asked for his number. I asked what he "blew" on his DUI (we ask everyone) and he said he wanted to speak to my boss. I asked where he received his DUI and he said "Right here in Kershaw". I said we weren't in Kershaw. He said "What! I'll call someone else." Oh how I can't wait until he calls again.

I work at a law office in upstate NY and "Joe Quinn" called for an attorney. I told him none were available but I'd be glad to take a detailed message. He refused to give me any details and called me an idiot. Rude and abusive treatment, if you ask me! This guy needs to be reported!!!

PS: My husband is a State Trooper so I just passed along "Mr Quinns" information to him :) Not sure they can do much but hey, worth a shot to ream the guy out

Our law office just received the same call.  Our receptionist said that she thought something was suspicious about this guy.  He said to her he needed a lawyer immediately.  Since I didn't recognize the area code, we are in downtown Philadelphia, I inquired and found that it was from Queens, NY and then I came across everyone's comments.  Thanks much.  No need to call this guy back.

Just received a call from  "Joe Quinn"  Just reading all these posts this guy is relentless!!  He just called and wanted to speak to an Attorney but I told him I would have to get info from him before an Attorney speaks with him and he said "Then I'll look somewhere else!!"  This guy is S-H-A-D-Y!!!  I'm glad I looked up his number.

Called claiming to "have" an MVA case, but only wanted to talk to an attorney.  When pressed, he responded to my receptionist "I am not giving you any information, You are not an attorney and I did not Hire your firm yet have him call me" and he hung up.

Just called our office indicated he was in a motor vehicle accident and asked to speak to an atty.  I told him the atty wasn't available but if I could get some information from him I would have an atty call back. I got as far as his name and number, when I asked about the county of the accident he said "what don't you get about I don't want to talk to you, i want the attorney" then said "forget it, i'll take my case somewhere else" and hung up - very rude... googled the number and this is what i got!

Just called out office and left a voice mail with his name, phone number, and said he needed an attorney. I'm so glad I googled his number because it sounded sketchy. I am NOT giving this message to my boss. If he calls back during the time we answer phones, I will hang up on it. I advise everyone to stay away and just ignore his messages if he calls.

Joe Quinn called our office, a Physical Therapy Office, asking for the owner to call him back about taking on WC claims from his union in our town. He would not give any other information to me other than his name and the phone number.

This guy Joe Quinn does not stop, he has called again and is rude and pushy.  He is trying to sell some list that he promises you will be placed on for his "union members."  I cannot imagine anyone would buy this guys lines and sales pitch.  Beware and call your AG's office to report this guy.

11/28/12 -  Received call this morning from "Joe Quinn".      Beware, he really is RUDE and did hang up on me, just as described by other complaints.      

In the event "Mr. Quinn" paid for Charm School lessons, he should request a refund.

Joe Quinn called and the caller ID said "Private Caller". He posed as a client, but I knew immediately he was not. When i asked for a more detailed message he called me a hooker and a [***]. Do not talk to this guy!

This man called pretending to need a lawyer for a car accident but was clearly a marketer

Joe Quinn just called here, came up "anonymous" on caller ID.  Rude when I asked for more details about his "car accident" and refused to discuss with anyone but an attorney.  I, too, am glad I googled his number.  This "message" goes no further than my desk.
