Got a call from "Joe Quinn" this morning. He refused to talk to anyone but the main attorney. He needs an attorney for an auto accident. Very pushy. Complete Jerk!!!!!!

Received a call from this so-called guy, Joe Quinn, He asked immediately for the attorney and when I asked him the nature of his call he said it was for a DUI.  When I proceeded to ask him another question he bit my head off and said that he wanted to talk to the attorney and that we had not been hired yet and hung up on me.  The nerve of some people.

so strange.. I was looking for an old friend named Joe Quinn (very very popular name) and this came up. He lived in Bellerose Queens!  I cannot imagine this would be the same guy!!

mr joe quinn called office looking for atty for his dui - RUDE person wouldn't want to leave any messages only with atty. I said EXCUSE ME and I will relay message (at least that is what he thinks)

This "Joe Quinn" is very rude. His first question was, "what county are you in?" To head off a potential waste of time, I asked him why he was calling. He told me he needed to know "how to get there." I told him, and he yelled, "It doesn't matter now. You're an idiot," and hung up. He tries to sign up lawyers for his referral service, it appears.

What a jerk.

Joe Quinn left a message and I called back.  I asked him what I could help him with and he said he didnt ask for me to call him back that he wanted to speak directly to the attorney.  I told him that he needed to deal with me first so I may schedule him an appt and see if we could help him.  I asked if he was a client, he said I want to be.  I asked what kind of case he has and he told me a DUI.  So then I proceeded to ask where he was from since he had a different area code and not from California.  And that is when he really went off and how could I ask him for such information and that is the first thing that an Attorney will teach you.  He then proceeded to say he will find someone else.  Like another posted, I am not sure why I googled his number but I am sure glad I did - what a jerk!

I also received a call from Joe Quinn insisting my boss, an attorney, call him.  I took his name and number and asked for more information.  I was told that he's not giving info to anyone he has not hired.  With that response I assumed it was a sales call.  Very rude and aggressive.  Happy to see comments from other people here.   That man needs anger management training.  Gee, wonder how many sales he makes.

what an [***].......he doesnt stop calling.  I think I am going to call the cops on him!

just received a call from this rude guy at our law firm.  he lied and said he wanted to hire an attorney.  VERY RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, and a LIAR! I politely told him sorry we can't help him if he refuses to speak with me about why he is looking for an attorney

Joe Quinn @ 718-263-0126.  I am so glad I googled this idiots number and name.  Wow, there is quite a few complaints on this idiot of a person.  Very rude and aggressive.   I tried getting some information from him and he stated he not talking to a f'ing secretary.  But who has the low life career, (salesman) this is the only way he feels like a man, degrading other people.  (Or is he trying to compensate for other stuff, lol).  I hope the company he works for sees all these complaints.  He should not be dealing with people.    

Similar to most others reporting this guy -- he left two voicemails claiming to be "Joe Quinn" who needed an attorney, although this could have included that he needed attorneys for his referral list.  Of course, he didn't mention this part.  As with other posters, the call came from a "restricted" number; when I returned his call, his first question was what county I am in.  When I dared to ask if this was a sales call (as opposed to a specific client matter), he got angry and ended the call.  I have no idea if his sales site is worth one's time or not.

This guy is such a [***]. Hangs up on the staff everytime. He never gets past our receptionist but he calls once every 6 months. Referred by a "Rob Stevens"

This charmer just called our office and said he had a case he needed to talk to the attorney about.  I told him our office policy is for me to get some basic information, to which he charmingly replied "are you f***ing telling me he won't call me back, I'll call somebody else."   The following dial tone was a pleasure to hear after this jerk!

Just received a call from "Joe Quinn" as the other posters have said, he is a salesperson (if he can be called that) and attempts to act like a potential client in order to speak to an attorney directly and peddle his wares.  Might work if he wasn't just a rude jackhole.  Felt like telling him we didn't need clients like him.  LOL

This jerk just called my office too.  When I asked when he got the DUI (since we only have 10 days from the date of arrest to file certain things), he practically cursed me out telling me that was none of my business as "I haven't hired your firm yet."  I filed that message in the trash bin.

Just an observation after a brief encounter on the phone with Mr. Joseph Quinn. I'm pretty confident he's a 42-year old, 400 pound, pimply-faced loser, sitting in his underwear making calls from his mother's basement somewhere in Nebraska. But that's just my opinion.

Joe Quinn has called our office several times wanting to speak directly to the atty. Doesn't want to give any information about what he wants...is VERY rude!  Not going to get anywhere with that attitude for sure!!  Sounds like spam.

Joe Quinn called here needing an attorney. Was very very rude. Told secretary he was "done talking to her" and hung up. We called him back and pretended like he couldn't hear us. What an ass.

Thanks for the heads up, he called and pretended that he was in an accident. Was very rude. If he calls, I suggest you hang up.
