Same idiots keep calling and will not tell the reason other that a "personal matter". I am blocking the number as they are rude as possible!

It is an indian center owned by macy's, They made an error on our account and then had these people call relentlessly. They could ask for our account number on our credit card- i thought they were phishing! When I finally figured out it was Macy's and called the back of the card they saw their confusion but never apologized- tried to blame their confusion between their AMEX and MACY account balances on my wife. She paid the exact Macy bill and we owed nothing on the AMEX and they credited the payment somehow to the AMEX.

Macy and their maddening Indian little subdivision know they are horrible and do not care. Avoid Macy, avoid Amex for being associated with them, cut up their cards, do not spend a nickel there,

I just hope the calls stop..............

This is an unknown number that keeps calling me.

3 times a day it rings. When I pick up - it flips to dial tone. I call the number, response "your call may be recorded for quality assurance".

I got a call from this number on a cell phone that I had not yet set up.... it did not have a number.....

[***] call the home # every day, at almost the exact same time, around 7:35 pm. P.S.T. Some times multiple times in a day SOOOO annoying. Calling the # back only puts you on hold. Hope they die.

They keep calling my number 3- 4 times a day.  When I answerd, they would not say why they are calling.   they call after 8PM and on weekends.

Caller ID says MCCS. Did not leave a message.

This person keeps calling, but they never leave a message.

I get this number to call my house several times a day and its annoying.

Seems there is a fellow who lives in the same town as I, with the same first and last name as mine and is not paying his bills.  So, I too received these calls several times a day.  When I would finally get a live person on the other end and start to explain that I don't have a Macy's account or a Macy's credit card, they would hang up.

So here's what I did.  Call Macy's at:  1 800 545 1256, enter 1 for English and then enter 0# for an account number (since I don't have one).  I was transferred to a person who removed my name and number from their list.

8:45 am. Got a call, answered, and no one was there.

I also keep receiving those same unwanted phone calls.

I have done a lot of calling to different departments in the Macy's company and still no one seems to know why I keep getting these annoying-prank--call-like unwanted phone calls.

For everyone here PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IN FLORIDA, lets make the Better Business Bureau fully aware of the extent of this poor business practice.

THIS IS POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE and the only Government agency that may make an impact is BBB.

Keeps calling and I am on the national do not call list.

No one is there when I answer the phone. I called the,number back and was told it was Macy's. The rep told me that both my accounts have zero balances, also including my American Express account which I don't have. He then asked me if I have made a payment.  I said, "Why would I make a payment on a zero balance?" He kept pretending that he couldn't hear me. I think he liked getting yelled at. Must be SM. If the calls continue, I'm going into Macy's and closing my accounts.
