They have been calling me daily this week. They never leave a message.

Would love to not receive these calls!  No message; no idea who they are.  I am on a do not call list.  Why isn't this working??

Yes it's Macy's , and they call when your not behind on your bill too...the 727-556-7300 number is blocked so you cann't call it back.  The female I spoke to said her name was Janet Hudson,  which I doubt because she had trouble pronouncing it. She gave a callback number of 513-579-7000.   That should get you in to the foreign collection agency that is calling to begin with.  These people are idiots.

Was getting calls from their 513 area code for several days and now the 727 area code.  I looked them up and found they were Macys, so I called customer service on the 87-493-9207 number directly, because I DO NOT have a Macy's nor Bloomingdale card.  Press 6 for more options and 1 for customer service.  

I spoke to someone (in the US) who asked for the # that was being called.  She looked it up and asked if I knew anyone by a very foreign sounding name that I have never heard of, and I stated no.  She asked if she could put me on hold, which was fine by me.  

It took a while, but I was transferred to someone else who asked for my name (I only gave it because I had called Macy's directly - not the other way around).  She stated the number would be removed from the account of this other person.  When I asked for information on this person, they would not provide it.  It's very disconcerting to know someone is using my number that I do not know, and obviously is falling behind on their credit.

Anyway, that's the way to stop these calls. Although I did state that if I get just one more, I'll be filing an FTC complaint, as I am on the do not call list, and these "robo calls" have been calling me on my business number.

This is a fraudulent number!! They have called me over 10 times, including Christmas Eve trying to get my Macy's account number and Bloomingdales account number. Which I have neither of. They say they are calling for a late payment and they need your card number. I am pressing charges.

They called us at 6:00 AM EST.

Do what I do when they ask to speak to XXXX. Tell them you are going to call them and walk away for 5- 10 minutes. If they are still holding on,tell them she is coming and repeat.

This is definitely Macy's collections....I get a live person.....you can't always pay your bills on time unless you are a millionaire, and I wish I could write legislation preventing harassing calls.  If I could not pay them at 8 am, 10am, 2pm, 4pm, 5pm etc, what makes them think I can pay at 9pm?

Just called 727 556 7300. Allegedly it is a Macy's collection outfit but they said they were located in the
Philippines. Might want to be careful of this number.

today they called me at my job and asked for my mother, we don't even have the same last name; not to mention i live in florida and she lives in rhode island...then the indian sounding guy told me that is the # she gave them as a contact; i told him she would have never done that along with some choice explitives and he said not a problem we will take care of it and couldn't tell me anything more because it was a business matter, i finally hung up on him...now several hours laters these idiots are calling MY WORK phone again...come on what can be done about this, they really picked the wrong person to mess with

the number called my cell today and they hung up when I answered. Theyve been calling me all day and I'm not picking it up anymore thanks to this info.

I get a call from MCCS 7275567300 several times a day.  They never leave a message.  Very annoying.  How do I stop this crap.  They are calling again as I type this.  

My cell phone keeps getting called by this number.  When I answer it hangs up.  Has happen over 4 times now!

It's Sunday afternoon and I've already recieved at least 5 or more missed calls while I was at church. No vmail or message left. I don't think it's a business due to the time called and amount of calls in a short period, and no message left
