This company continually calls me... a credit collection agency... for someone I know that is not related to me. I've asked them not to contact me to no avail.

Most cell phone providers have a call blocking feature.  With Verizon, you call customer service to have this feature activated, then you manage it online. Up to 5 numbers blocked for 90 days - so you do have to go back in occassionally and update it.
Just went in an added this number.

They call several times a day and never leave a message. Don't know who they are or what they want.

Recevied a call today (Sunday) at 12:42 p.m.  Saw "Market Strategy"  on the Called ID so I did not pick up.  They left no message.

Why u r concerned? Talk to them, play along, curse the hell out of them

I for one am glad you cannot get Social Security and take my money from me as well as annoy me by calling my home.  Your "problems" are a bunch of baloney!  My 18 year old son has ADD that he does not take meds for because he detests all drugs and he also has scoliosis, but he manages to cashier at a major grocery store PLUS give guitar lessons at a music store - YES 2 JOBS!!  STOP WHINING AND GET A REAL JOB (OR 2) AND LEAVE US ALL ALONE!!!

You sound pathetic! Talk about a "me me me" attitude. Maybe you should look in the mirror and quit criticizing those of us that just want our homes private and that includes our calls.

it is illegal for them to discuss someone's debt with a third party.
Also if the debt has passed SOL statute of limitation they cannot collect the debt .  SOL varies from state to state.

Talk their ear off and slow them down use lots of pauses like " i'm not sure , let me check , just a moment , etc " , less calls per hour means their call center revue drops , they will have to find something more profitable .

When I get calls like this, all I do is 'save' the number under "DNA" (do not answer) for their name, and then I set their "ring" to  "SILENT".   They can call as often as they want, since it appears that we can't make them stop ... but if I don't even hear a 'ring',  I'm not bothered and  so I don't care. .   For me, It saves  at leat  a little bit of aggrevation. :)

I just got a call from this #. I feel it was someone exercising their freedom of speech promoting their freedom to own assault rifles.

I have recieved this and only signed up with monster.com over a month ago, am on the do not call list and didnt remember ever listing this number at all, I usually give a false number unless I know I need them to call me then I give my cell. spam

I back you up on that! The only ones that should get social security is those who earned it! maybe major illnesses and they should have to go through what you have to go through for disabitity that is hard to get on even when you truly deserve it!

I went to their website and asked them to remove my business line off their list I hope it works and does not cause further calls.

I just got a call today at 5:09pm cst. I didn't answer, they didn't leave message.

Calls every evening around dinner time.  Company name is Market Strategist.
