My Mom received a phone call on her cell stating that special investigator Brad Johnson was handling my case and I had 24-48 hours to contact them or there will be a restraining order taking out on me. My Mom calls me in a panic and i call the number back.  No one answered the phone for global legal group which really pissed me off because I was going to let them have it.

The same woman called me with the same script as mentioned above and gave name as Ashley White

I have gotten calls at my house from 704-464-0168 and 757-301-4745.  They keep leaving messages on my answering machine, but they don't say who they are even trying to reach.  I have impeccable credit, so I know I haven't done anything wrong. They are even harassing my 85 year old grandfather that has parkinson's.  They called him today and told him that he needs to call 757-301-4745 ref # SHIN1733 because there is a judgement against him.  My granfather told the guy that he must be mistaken, and they guy said you better pass the info onto your attorney.  Seriously, these people are bottom feeders - harassing an 85 year old man with parkinson's.  I called the number and gave them the reference number, I told the woman that they are calling the wrong person and they are to never call my grandfather again.  She said she would have his number removed.  We'll see.

My mother called me because I received a phone call about a legal case against me.  The person's name was Destiny Green and offered a claim number of SHIN and 4 numbers.  I've gotten scam calls before, though it was weird that they called my parent's home, and used my maiden name.  Anyway, I searched this number on the internet, verifying it is another scam.  I think I must have applied for something online in the past, and these scammers were able to collect information from the transaction.  They are trying to intimidate people into giving them money.  However, I know for a fact that I have NO debts from the last time I lived at home and had my maiden name.

I just got a message from a 757-301-4745, telling me i had a restraining order against me and I had to go to court. This woman says I need to talk to Debra Williams within 24-48 hours. I am reporting it to the States Attorney General.

Call is from Global Legal Firm and the man stated someone has a restraining order on me.

These people called my mother saying they had a restraining order aganst my Fiance. It is a big scam. Anyone who calls and threatens you to pay them money is a scam. If you ever owe money to anyone they would have to send it in writing. Also, you can't be arrested for owing money to a company. Worst case scenerio, If a company is going to go to court for you owing them money, you would be served a subpeona.  The courts would allow you to set up a payment plan. Please don't get tricked by these scammers.

These people are so ridiculous......lol!  What they don't realize is that anyone knows that if there is something truly "legal" going on.......there would be the fomality of you receiving paperwork in the mail, or being served by a process server from a "real" attorney stating the issue at hand.  They called my ex and left the name and number of:

What idiots!!  They are really trying hard to use scare tactics in order to get money from people.

I called that number 757-301-4745.
As I asked a couple of questions the reply given to me was "Hey you don't have to be a smart ass!"
I assure you I was not being a smart ass. Then the accuser hung up on me.
I think these guys are a scam. If they receive calls from you and your voice indicated you are submissive to the perception that these guys are legitimate then that may be their cue to 'settle' the matter with them for a 'compromised sum of money'. Do be fooled.
I'm not sure of my conclusion but the guy I talked to was a contemptable [***] and very unprofessional.

yes i got a call from a special investigator from this 757-301-4745 named Deb Williams with a affadavit number UKCK2420 and i had 24 to 48 hrs to call something also about a restraining order. Who is these people?

It's a scam.  They called my cell, my home and my sister.  Called back just to check but put on hold for too long so I hung up.

They left of a message for me too, same scrpt.  How do you track down these scammers?

Received call with similar message from Sarah Reed -- American voice.  They left message on cell phone, work phone and home phone.  Tried calling back, I like to "bait" them -- like a game!  But only heard recorded message saying I've reached Global Legal Group then blank.  Sorry, they get nothing from me!  Received similar call last year and reported to Attorney General, BBB and local police.  Local police (not a major city) said they get 15-20 complaints like this a week.  Then told me the only way to stop them is for people to not "feed" them.  As long as they scare people into sending them money, they will keep calling.  So, I make a game of it -- ticks them off!!!!!!!!

Received a phone call this morning at 7:30 am.  The name given to me was Debra Williams.  She must be new because she was actually civilized.  How can you stop this?

received a message when i returned from lunch stating to call a "sherry reed" and gave a reference number to contact them.
i tried calling no answer, i have read the reveiws for this number 757-301-4745....funny thing how did they get my work # they didnt call my cell....strange
has happened before you have to get rude and nasty with them before they will eventually stop
its all a scam
