- BSigned up for some jet skis at a boat show and they keep calling. Left one message about a gift card or something and they just keep calling back. I answered once and told them to never call again or i was contacting the police and they still call. Thanks everyone for your post. We need to take these people down.

- isaiahh4| 1 replyLolz you guys super messed up lolz...... i used to work for williamsburg plantation resort. you guys are correct it is a timeshare, but you do not have to purchase anything they just want to showcase their resort to you, so basically you really did get selected. the reason that they won't release any information about it is because the vacations are set up for two or more individuals, so if you don't have a travel companion or a spouse it's a waste of time to tell you about a place you can't attend.....Now they do eventually ask for your credit card info only because they pull out 75 dollars to reserve your room at the resort. when getting to the resort the 125 dollar visa gift card that you receive comes with 200 dollars replacing the 75. the only reason they do that is because its a waste of their money to pay for your rooms and you decide to not show up because you think they're a scam so they put your money on the line.... so this is a real vacation that you were selected for.... they only thing they ask in return is an opportunity to showcase they're resort... they want you to buy but no purchase is necessary to go on the vacation.... so next time you get the call sit back relax and enjoy your vacation you keep complaining that you need....

- Cindy| 2 repliesSo many websites declaring this a scam, yet a single *former* employee saying oh no it's legit. Because a former employee just stumbles accross such a forum....
April 2010 and still up to it. And still a scam. Oh, and still using deceptive business practices in violation of the law. People beware. - Craig replies to Cindy| 1 replyI just got the call(s). I did fill out a form for the "resort" at a home and garden show....two years ago. Because it was such a hassle to deal with the hard sell the company was giving I vowed never to fill out another one of these dang forms again. So here we go again. Next time I'll pick up and play with the operator. I think I'll be an Amish farmer from Brooklyn that is into carving busts in vegetables. I HATE cold callers.
- Craig replies to CraigGot the call AGAIN this evening and answered. It was a timeshare scam claiming I won a vacation. She wanted my wife on the phone too, etc (it's all been said already). It was from a form I filled out at a gunshow recently, except the only form I filled out was for Bass Pro Shops. I informed the caller of this, and that I wasn't interested in taking a vacation in a city near where I live, nor am I interested in a timeshare less than 30 min away (or anywhere else for that matter). They told me that since my wife actually filled out the form they will call back and talk to her. Then the crazy fool hung up. Funny thing is that my wife hasn't gone to a gun show with me in a long time, and NEVER fills out any forms. Thankfully my Samsung has a call block feature. I'll play nice one more time with them, but don't expect to get anywhere.
- AliceGot a call from 757-947-0249 on my cell phone.....during dinner.....so I didn't answer.Called it back later and got a busy signal. MUCH later tried again.....no one answered.
