- Smarter then the systemDon't answer this call. If you answer any of the questions "yes" you are confirming any question they want you to. They can ask " Do I have full conformation to use your routing number to your bank account ?" Guess what your answer was due to power of a little recording system.

- JulesI actually did sign up for this 'contest' it is an actual company that was checked and allowed to operate at the state fair. They don't have many resorts. I'm going to try this and find out what happens. But yes, it is a timeshare pitch.

- AshleyI filled out an entry at the state fair that they have everyone fill out when entering the fair. Didn't mention much about what it was offering but figured what the heck, I'll fill it out. Got a phone call from Nicole saying I won a $250 visa gift card and she just needed to talk to me before I could get it. After a conversation about how I didn't want to stay at Busch gardens for 3 days bc it's so close to my home, she said I would have to stay there to redeem the gift card. Once I told the girl that I wasn't interested, she changed from a chipper girl, to a psycho that told me "You need to learn how to read when you fill out an entry form." And hung up on me. Total scam!!! I wish I could upload the voicemail I got from this girl at first. Sounds like she had one too many cups of coffee... then turned into a low voiced growling/mumbling devil like thing at the end of the phone call.
- CharlesWe received a phone call from 757 947 0249 about application we filled out at Ross. We have not filled out application at Ross or have been in there. We did not answer call. She said she will call back around 8 pm. This is a prank call. Will not answer the next time they called.
- SusieVery legit if you don’t mind doing a timeshare presentation. I mean come on people, just say NO to the tour guide if u don’t want to buy a timeshare. Simple. All this scam talk is from people who never even went through with the process. You people are ridiculous. Quick to come on here and scream scam and block, but you were never scammed. This company is a LEGIT TIMESHARE COMPANY I can say from EXPERIENCE. I’m all about writing reviews, and THIS is why. People put a bad rep on something they never first hand experienced. You can do the process alone if you are single and not married. Just say I WANT TO SET IT IP BY MYSELF. Boom, there you have it. I went through with the process, was told I was selected for a $250 gift card and a 3 day 2 night trip to williamsburg and all I had to do was a 90 min presentation at the property. After the lady gave me all the info, she transferred me to a travel coordination person rep or whatever, who gave me more info about the property. Very helpful. Did require a $75 deposit which was fully refunded after the tour. I mean any resort or hotel does a deposit come on people! Anyways I went through with it, did the deposit, showed up on the date I picked out, did my tour. And received everything I was promised by these people. I got my visa gift card, ($250 + my $75 which made it $325) I received 3 vouchers for vacations at any of their properties to use myself within a year. Totally legit, I have purchased items on the card I received, and I would totally do it all over again.

- MelissaMy husband got a call. We signed up to win a $250 visa gift card at a hockey game. They called and set up the appointment to call back. While on the second call, it was a time share solicitation and that to sit through their talk we would have to put down a $75 “refundable” deposit. No thanks.

- WalterCongratulations you have one a free vacation blah blah blah. From an entry my daughter put in a box at Duck Donuts. It is a timeshare scam to get you to waste hours of your life touring their crap and then receiving “free” which usually means discounted nights at hotel of their choosing.

- Lisa| 1 replyThese people called me 5 times in the span of an hour and I finally picked up, They said I won a $250 visa gift card from an event I had attended on July 4th, and said something about a summer promotion they were running where I could stay at a new resort in Williamsburg VA for 3 days at no cost. Skeptical, I asked for more info and the woman was pretty vague. An Overly bubbly personality that wouldn't take no for an answer. We would have had to go to the result to pick up our 'free gift'. I told her we weren't interested and she wouldn't take no for an answer so I hung up and blocked her number. The next day she called from an 'unavailable' number and I picked up, realized it was her and politely told her we were NOT interested and she Finally accepted that and hung up.

- Rep replies to LisaPlease listen closer, no where did anyone say that you “won” or that your gift was “free”. I challenge anyone here to present a recording of a call from this number saying you won or that you were getting free gifts.
You won’t because it doesn’t exist, they actually say “your entry form was selected”, but you’re too busy believing the hype and hearing what you want
Furthermore, if you actually read the entry form’s terms and conditions (on the back of the physical entry form or linked above checkbox on tablet) you’d be much better informed when you receive said call. - IvaniaThey been calling me offering me a gift card and a free weekend away and then they ask me for my credit card $75 dollars deposit

- LuJust received a call from them. The operator was really insisting on knowing which type of card I was using on vacation. I remember having filled a ticket at the Maryland State Fair. The operator hung up after I refuse for the third time.
