I was billed by these guys 9.99 and i never even got a text to my phone. it just showed 10$ on my bill in downloads

Have had a charge for $9.99 show up repeatedly for months on our different lines.  Each month I have contacted T-mobile and advise we have used NO premium service and I want fee credited back immediately.  This last month was the final straw when it billed on my spouses line--he called in and had ALL of our lines blocked from premium services to stop all of this crap!  Unbelievable.  Why is the FCC not doing something about these companies and the fraudulent charges????

77899 is from sendmobile.com.  To cancel the messaging reply to the message with "stop" in the text.  

I never signed up for this service either.   Nor did I opt into it through a quiz or contest.  I suggest writing an email to your local congressmen and filing a complaint with the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm) about these type of scams and deceptive practices from cell phone services.   I know I intend to.

Bingo Thanks I tryed it and I got a confirmation message right back saying I was cancelled. And that I would recieve no more messages. And to contact www.sendmobile.com for help.

I did UNSUBSCRIBE and got a text back saying I was subscribed to any of their services

A couple of months ago I received and open up three such text msg. I got stuck with $30 added to my bill. I ask Verizon to block such calls. They agreed but so far I am still receiving the text msg.

i got charged by 77899 and i never ordered for anything like music etc. and when i texted unsubscribe and cancel it keeps saying access denied. WTF? im being billed and i dont even know where this came from!

I called the phone number 877-373-6363  and the process took me off the list.  Thank you for all the other post it was very helpful!!

i'm getting charged 9.99 a month even though i didn't subscribe to anything. when i tried to text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, it said that i wasn't subscribed to any of their plans. what am i supposed to do?
