I just got off the phone with this provider and they tried to tell me that perhaps my phone rewquested their service accidentally. BS. They described the several steps one must go through in order to get their service. They claim they are refunding my money in the amount of almost $30 and I should receive the check within three weeks; we'll see. Still, I am going to call the Connecticut State attorney General's office on Monday morning. It is out rageous that these thugs can do this.

you should call your service provide and have them block any future charges.

I called SendMe Mobile and the person I talked to insisted that I had agreed to the "service" that costs $9.99/month. But I NEVER give out my cell phone number to strangers, and there's no record on my phone of my replying with a next message.

This is serious bull**it. This number keeps texting me about stuff that i dont care about! How do i get my number removed fro the list Also it charges me $9.99 a month!

I get text messages from this number every weekend morning for the last 5 weeks. How do I stop it? Very annoing!

Got some odd charges on the cell phone bill for my 13yr old daughter from 77899 (wwwsendmemobilecom) and 40339 (low1winsalerts).   She had said he was getting some unrequested texts from both.  
A google search found this nice web site.   I called the 1-866 number listed and informed them I was very upset since my daughter was a minor.  They apologized since "they don't do business with minors without parental permission", offered to cancel the service, send a $19.98 refund check in 3-4 weeks, and put her cell phone nbr on a "do not call" list.   Still a bit upset about it, but at least I didn't have to push for any of the above.   I will probably still report them per the list on this site too.
