Got a pink and a letter stating second notice.  I call the mortgage company and reported that who ever is trying to scam people are using their name customer info and that their IT department need to look into this.  They are sending out letters warning people of this issue.

Received a yellow card in the mail stating that I recently closed on a loan, which I didn't.

Second time receiving this post card. Haven't made a call

I got a pink card too in  the mail.
Obvious scam. I have not had a mortgage in 17 years.

Wasted my time. Got worried about it and called them. Just idiots trying to sell you [***] you don't want.

I called the number. They are selling "Mortgage Life" insurance. The phone number rings to an automated system.  Voicemail says "you are entitled to receive this information."
THROW THE CARD AWAY. This is just a telemarketing scam.

I also received a YELLOW CARD. Same thing I didn't bother to call. Instead Google it. Thanks for this info.

I too received a little pink card.
The card states:
You have recently closed on this mortgage with my mortgage company. We need you to please call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 800-230-8750 as soon as possible. They also supplied a mortgage ID to reference

They are still at it in 2018. I received a pink card in the mail instructing me to call 800-230-8750. There was no company name on it, which was red flag #1. I also haven't had a mortgage for almost 3 years now. That was red flag # 2. I instantly knew it was a scam. Unfortunately there are people out there who still fall for these scams.These scammers should get used to unbearable heat, because surly they are all going to Hell.

Received a yellow card and funny enough they spelled my last name wrong.

Received a yellow card that I paid off my mortgage with an ID.

Got the same card but now in Yellow!  SCAM

Got the yellow card.  Must have looked at public records to get my info.

They changed the card color from PINK to YELLOW :-) I just got one a few days ago with the exact same notice but a yellow card, I sensed there was something fishy so I ignored it.

Received a "yellow card" with same info. We do not have a mortgage so doubt we closed on one.
