everyday sometimes twice a day this number is calling me. I am on the do not call list but it does not good as I still get these dam calls.

They called me to rearrange a furnace service call that I missed.
If you all want them to stop calling just answer your phone and deal with it.

Daily calls from this number. Hangups when I take the call. I have a contact with Enbridge through which I pay for a Direct Energy furnace and water heater but none directly with Direct Energy. I called DE dialing, as was suggested above, 1 for residential customer, then 5. I immediately spoke with a representative who confirmed that I was receiving auto-dialer calls to telemarket, apologized, and then offered to take me off the call list. I will report back if the calls don't stop, but assuming they do, this was a fairly easy fix.

DE Sales - I call [***].  I rent/own nothing from DE. Zero.  My current cell number is 5 weeks old and was immediately placed on the national do not call registry.  How the hell did you get it and why are you still calling me after being told 5 times in the past 3 days to cease and desist ... yes - you just called again at 1535hrs today.  Complaint going in to the BBB and the CRTC.

This number continually calls, never leaves a message, just aggravating.  If it is Direct Energy they are ticking me off and I'm ready to dump them as my maintenance for my furnace & a/c.  I would suggest to Direct Energy to get rid of this telemarketer. Leaves a bad taste with me, I never answer as I recognize the number.

That number doesn't work but the email doe. I got a live body at 1800-266-3939.  Keep pressing 0 until it transfers you to a live person.  good luck.

For the person calling and say nothing ... it looks like it is transactional - somebody gets paid as per dial - whether they deliver a message of not is irrelevant.  Therefore, the calling out continues, the person gets paid, and does not care wherether they are being a pest or not.  Direct Energy should step in and do soemthing about their folks.

I get a call from this number almost every day...when I pick up the line is dead (always);  I wondered if it was someone checking to see if anyone was home.

They keep calling for three to five times a day and say nothing

You are wrong the DNCL does apply. When we add our details to the DNCL that means you cannot contact us to solicit services, products, etc. You can contact us for account related issue (such as billing, service cancellation, service problem, etc.), but again, are not permitted to call us and solicit.

STUPID PEOPLE ............... calls 5 times  a day no one on the line dead air.
