They called again tonight and when I answered, they didn't say a thing......... Grrrrr.............

I saved their number in my phone as "Heavy Breather" so when they call tomorrow, or the next time they call, I know who it is and I can pick up and hang right up, lol!

Received call from 800-443-2963 and "Marshall Maxwell" left a recorded message to call.  Everyone needs to keep reporting them.  According to the FTC, "You may also file a complaint if you received a call that used a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number was on the Registry)." The Registry they refer to is the Do Not Call National Registry. I know that it was a recorded message because when I picked up halfway through the message it started over from the beginning.

I suddenly started getting calls from "Marshall Maxwell" within the past month about the same time as I listed my house for sale.  Seemed weird to me as I don't owe anyone anything.  This guy is scary and hopefully doesn't have too much information on me!!!

I am getting the exact same message.  What in the world?  It sounds like a script.  I too don't owe anyone, Thank God.  I refuse to call him back.  I would like to know who he is, so if anyone has that information, please share.

I get this guy on the churches answering machine at least four times a week consistently for the last three months (July, Aug, Sept).  This is a new phone number, the church doesn't use credit, nor have we bounced any checks.  I don't understand why phone companies won't let you block 800 numbers, or why nobody has made a phone for a customer that looks at the caller Id locally and dumps the calls for you.  I am about to the point of installing Asterix PBX software so I can do just that to this guy/scam/company.  Lot of work for that one feature, but in my mind, being able to dump these guys by my choice when I want to no matter what number they are calling from is worth the effort.

Keep getting calls for someone that I never heard of, but they keep leaving messages and I was getting really pissed off, so one day I went to the store and bought a new Panasonic 6.0 Digital phone that lets you BLOCK any phone number. The phone is working like a champion!!!!  Now that I got the "retreads" numbers blocked the phone only rings once and hangs up on them. LOL!! I have peace of mind now. KUDOS to Panasonic and their technology.

OMG recieivng annoying calls from this place they asked for me and i said how can  i help they said the last for of a SSN i said that isnt mine he said oh good this person is in really big trouble...talk about harassing calls.

I got the call on my cell phone and I didn't answer it.  I just don't trust 1-800 numbers so I don't answer them.  Got curious as to who the number belonged to so I googled it and found this site.

Keeps calling several times a day. We do not have any outstanding debts. I've placed the number of my reject list but it still comes through. Sometimes he leaves a message (the same as the ones listed above) sometimes he doesn't. Does anybody know how to block or stop his calling?

Same [***] here, this guy started calling since we moved to this new house. calls at 8 am 9 pm, saturday sunday!

This is the "company" behind these calls. They are computer
generated calls. This "company" has been successfully been sued
by the State of New York. Just ignore them. They can't hurt you
if you don't respond. They use the bully tactic because it

I was really shocked & awakened by this moron screaming on(machine) in my ear this morning, (again)Holy smokes he is loud.
He  needs to stop the CrystalMeth;His voice is so obnoxious/loud even wired...

I just want to know, does anyone have any idea how to stop this? This has been going on for about a month (and I'm sure that there are some people out there who have been dealing with this for much longer) and it doesn't seem that waiting for it to go away is going to work. This man just called me screaming at the top of his lungs..I don't have the best credit, but damn do the ***holes have to be so darn rude in their tactics to recoup the money...
