This number calls my cell phone 2 or 3 times every week for months this year, even on Thanksgiving days. It leaves a voice mail with obviously a recorded machine message. The content is the same with what CamsMommy829 recorded:

"This message is from Marshall Maxwell!!!! You can reach my office at 1-800-443-2963. This is not a call of solicitation, but this is a time sensitive matter that does need you attention. We want to verify that the opportunity to resolve this matter and the correspondence that we have sent you will NOT be taken advantage of. AGAIN, This is not a solicitation but a call from a DEBT collector. This is Marshall Maxwell and the toll free # to reach my office is 1-800-443-2963!"

This number (800) 443-2963 calls me 2 times daily, it used to be Mr. Marshall but now a woman and claiming to be from Adecco Employment Agency. I told her I had no debt and no business with an agency  and told her that there was no one here by that name and when I continued to scream at her she simply said "I am sorry and I will remove your number."

Maybe Marshall did have that heart attack!

I got a call from 8004432963 several times with a recorded message saying it was from a Mr. Finnegan.  I called back and the person who answered was polite and cooperative.  When I explained that this was a place of business and that the person he was looking for is not here,  he agreed to take our number off his list and not call again.   He did call  back but was again polite and cooperative on each following occasion.   We have a little joke here at the office when he calls its finnegan begin again.

I normally work 6 days a week.  Everyday when I get home I have messages from this number on my machine.  Today, I was home, answered the call to find out that I have to call a number back.  (800-443-2963)  I called back and missed the guys name when he answered the phone.  He would not give it to me again!  I asked for their address, won't give it to me and hung up on me.  I called back spoke to Rick Kozoil, when I asked for their address, he hung up on me.  I called back again, I spoke to Rick Ross, who gave me their address.  They are calling to collect a debt for Capitol One.  So after hanging up- 30 minutes later, I got another call from the same number, I answered, they hung up on me.  I am reporting it to my State's Attorney General's Office.  I called the number back and was told it was a "glitch" in the system.  Thanks for the harassment, but I think I'll pass.  Maybe we should start harassing them?  Call them 15/20 times a day with a recording that ask them to call up back on to find out our line is busy.

how do i get these people to stop calling me?

What a [***].  If you give them a name, how do they know you are NOT the person they are looking for giving them a fake name?  They don't!  So they will confirm it with a reverse directory.  If they can look it up to confirm it, then they can look it up in the first place and not bother you.

This number calls me 2 or 3 times a day.  A recording comes on and tells me to call back and if I let it go to voice mail it has the same recording.  It seems to be a creditor but nobody at my home has any past due bills.

I keep getting calls from this company and they are very rude and loud. You have 24 hours to pay this or a lawyer will be involved. They wont leave a message and now they are calling my work. I talk to the company that supposedly turned it over to them and they have no records.

Debt collection im 13 like please i dont have debt

Trying to collect a debt from the year 1999 from a disabled relative. Don't respond to phone calls, a letter must be sent first then followed by a phone call. Also, these debts have been written off many years ago and these companies buy them in bundles for pennies each.

Keep getting the call number showing on the caller ID.  I don't answer.  Just let the phone ring.  I disconnected the answering machine.  Lots of calls from these types of numbers.  I check everyone online.  They're all scam artists or crank calls.  I think this is spam for phones.
