Received call from this number which said "Unavailable" on the caller ID. The caller said she was from FedEx and was looking for a "[name]" to talk about a package delivery. Told her there was no one here with that name at this number and she hung up. It just sounded really fishy, like it really wasn't FedEx at all.

I received a call, did not answer it, called it back & they said they were FedEx. The person said they usually leave a voice mail, however, I checked & there was no voice mail. The FedEx person said she could not determine what the call was about.

It is fed ex calling. They wanted prepayment for clearing the package thru customs. It's an item that I bought for $200 and they want $84 to get it from customs. They don't tell u , that u can pick up paperwork and go and clear the item thru customs. It cost me $9 at customs to clear the package customs office 3 mins from fedex.  It's a huge ripoff fedex and a few other couriers are using to hugely increase their shipping charges. I paid the selling company for shipping and handling. It was an automated call and the name of the company was so garbled I couldn't tell from where the package was coming

I got a call from this number on my cell phone. I did not answer,but they left an automated message. It was FedEx saying they have a package for me. But the message was cut short so I didn't hear the beginning.

Call came in at 8:17 this morning.  Other poster have associated this # with FedEx.   And I am expecting a package from them today, so maybe it was them.  I didn't pick up the phone and no message was left.

Got a call today (4/4/2015) from 800-463-3339.  Caller ID showed "Out of Area".  I answered the phone but was immediately disconnected.  That is all I can say.

Caller ID said "FedEx", but it was just some lady claiming she could grow my business by providing special services.  I don't have a business, and they were calling me cell phone.  Standard telemarketer crap.

It was FedEx... They left a message saying they are delivering a package and a signature is required for deliver...

No one was there when I answered. Must be a scam. Have packages coming from Fed-Ex, but they do not usually call me.

It's a real FedEx Caller ID, but I don't think it's actually the company.  The lady on the phone tried to sell my "company" some fishy products that don't sound like FedEx, and oh right, I don't have a company.  Plus I doubt FedEx would be dumb enough to use their real customer support number for telemarketing purposes.

No caller id info, and no message left, but it is FedEx.  I had a miss-delivered package and they were calling to update me on the status.

Got a call from this number identifying themselves as FedEx.  The message said that a package I sent to Canada was being held up in Canadian customs because they needed contact information, either a phone number or an e-mail address.  Problem is, I never sent any package to Canada or anywhere else via FedEx.  I had a hunch is was an identity theft scam so I just deleted the message.

Reported to FEDEX that 2 packages to me that showed 'delivered' were never received. This was FEDEX calling back to do a further follow-up on my report.

This person called claiming to be from Fed Ex and wanted to know what time I would be home during the day so he could deliver a package I had to sign for.
I called Fed Ex customer service and they didn't have any packages for me.... And no slips were left at my door from fed ex. It was definitely a scam.

This number is NOT from FedEx. The correct number starts with a ONE. 1-800-463-3339.

The number without the 1 it's a spoof number used by many to scam and telemarketing. Do not answer if you don't see the ONE at the start of the calling number.

This caller said they are Fed Ex and asked for my roommate by name. There is no way they could have had my cell number for her "Fed Ex package". Never got no package.  White mini van parked on our street all week, surveillance on my roommate. We confronted the man and he said he is a Private Investigator.

got a call today from 800-463-3339 stating they calling from Fed Ex Express with delivery information.  says press 1 for more info.. I hung up, definitely spam!

May 13, 2017 caller claiming to be Fed Ex need to arrange to pay amount for a package.  Yet I have no package coming and no emails etc which are the usual message for something being shipped from a company or a package being tracked.  It was a recorded message and did  not use my name in the call.  I hung up.

Called my land line three times today; they hung up then they heard the tones from my TeleZapper.  I now have that number blocked.
