I received a call today from this #.  A gentleman with a moderate accent asked for (someone's name they found in the phone book).  When I asked who was calling, he said his name was 'Robert Williams' and that they had a package from Health Canada.  I knew it was a scam so when I asked for his extension to call back, he gave me extension 2463 and a certain tracking # that does not work in the website.  I called FedEx to report this, customer service said they were aware that scammers were using their 1-800 # and the fraud dept is working on this.  As well, 'Robert Williams' does appear in Linkedin, however, he is the Managing Director, Worldwide Services for FedEx, I highly doubt he makes outbound calls asking when you'd be home for a delivery, nor does that extension # exist!!  In short, this # is legit, but is also being used by scammers.  Beware.

The number may belong to Fedex but someone else is using it. I am not expecting any packages and none has been delivered to me. But I keep getting calls from this number. No message left.

Robert Williams or William Robert is also the alias used by CRA scammers.

Got a call today asking for Mr Ali... there is no Mr Ali. When I said Mr Ali is not at home, he asked for a mobile #... I told him to get a life, get drunk and go to .... I hung up

Caller ID showed Fed Ex - I did not answer - they did not leave a v/m.  Seeing other comments this is Fraud/Scam

why  the person call me from this number and why?

They called me about my building entrance code and they said i have an order from BC. I haven’t placed any order which is coming from BC

Caller said he just got out of the hospital, called me grandma

Well, that certainly felt good -- call blocked the daily FedEx call.

Called and left a message wanting to know what time our Ground pickup was. I returned the call and mentioned I was calling FedEx and they said it wasn;t them and hung up. SCAM!

called, phone i.d. said fed ex, we never gave out our phone number to any store or to fed ex.  , did not answer (unplugged the phone) even though we are waiting on a package from fed ex or ups, we don't know delivers for the store we ordered ,but do know no phone number was given.

received a call from this number on my cell at 1:30 am saturday/sunday night, no message.

First call in AM to say delivery before end of day
Second call was to tell me package was delivered

This number calling my landline phone everyday,at one point I have to answer once and an automated voice saying they are calling regarding a parcel ready for pick up. I’m not expecting any parcel and it didn’t mention the addressee on the parcel

Mine was an automated call.  I  do not think it is from Fed Ex.  They phishing the number.   I own a business and get MANY FedEx deliveries.  NEVER once have they called me about a package.

Exaxt same thing happened to me but they left an automated message saying the same thing!
