I received my checking acct. information in the mail on tuesday. When I opened it up their were two charges for 24.95. I immediately called saveace I told them I never requested that they charge my acct.twice for anything.they did say they would refund my money back to my checking acct and cancell my acct.I will continue to check my acct. each and every month. I was also charged an over draft fee. some investigating needs to be done.

I found out i was charged because I had logged into Mylife.  Since I logged into that they charged my card 19.95 a month.

I was charged a payment of 24.95 on 10/13/09 off of my visa card. I don't know why. I have not signed up for any type of monthly program or magazine EVER. I want this to stop. This was not the only one. I had several other amounts from other places subtracted from my bank account around the same time. All of them have one thing in common. It begins Pos signature-visa debit.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Found this fraud charge on our acount from *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH 800-475-1942 MNUS for $1.00.  You know it can only get worse if they are testing your account by only charging $1.00.  Same number as WC *VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942.  Looks like they're catching on and changing the name that appears on the statements so they hopefully won't be noticed right away.  Go to your bank and close your ATM check card OR change your credit card number A.S.A.P!

I just looked at my bank account today and I noticed a charge to my bank account on October 26th in the amount of 24.95 I have no clue as to who this company is but I do know that they have accessed my account illegally and I plan on calling my bank 1st thing on Monday morning and putting a block on this company on my account. And then I am going to try to call this bogus company again because when I call I get a recording saying that there normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 11pm yeah right. And if I do not get any satisfaction I am going to call the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Office and report this action.

well see that.. seeing how you all called and cancelled thos charges,  i got TWO charges of 29.95 on my cc statement. their price is going up on that very good product they have, i don't know what it is. but it has to be good. lol anyhow i was trying to buy a pair of shoes online, because i just can't walk into walmart, i am a solider in kuwait right now. i think the only thing we can do is spend money to track them down and blow their building up. lol whos with me.

Two charges of $24.95 were deducted from visa check card account, from MVQ save ace, which resulted in $200.00 dollars in over limit fees. I filed a complaint with my bank. They have refunded my money and is investigating the problem.

I found a 24.95 charge on my account from WC BUDGET SAVERS with the 800 number and called my bank (BofA) and they told me they will not stop payment and that I have to get credit issued from the company who charged my account. I called them and they said they would cancel the "subscription" and refund my money. Lets see what happens. if I dont get my money back I will close my account and use a credit union

Got a call from 201 257 4421 and caller i.d. identified them as 424 media.  They gave me my first and last name, street address and last 4 digits of my credit card number.  Said they'd retrieved the info from Valu Plus and gave me the number.  I called and asked how they knew and why they were distributing my information.  I asked them to immediately stop using my info and destroy it.  They did not and said I'd have to call back in 3 days.  Whatever.  Im going to add a fraud alert to my credit card number.

I was charged 19.95 to my debit card and have no idea what it is. I have purchased from ebay thru pay pal. I would like to know how they got my information.

We received a $24.95 charge on this month's credit card bill.  Who are these unscrupulous people and what should we do to stop this behavior?

bargain.com is ripp off company that preys on the public.  How this is not illegal is beyond me.  What they are doing is predatory and in very poor taste.  800-380-4359 and everything with these scumbags from MVQ* bargain.com should is wrong.  They lead you in with free 7 day trials but dont tell that if you dont cancel the service within seven days they will charge your account $50 a month without ever notifying you.  Yes they got me, I didn't read the fine print, but shame on them for playing that game.  bargain.com or what ever they call themselves is a scam, ripoff, what ever you want to call it!!!

I just reported this number to the Feds and my bank. there is a $16.95 charge going out every month. i never gave any info to this place and told them they could charge me. Im fed up with it.

I got charged 39.98 on my debit card for "Food Lovers Fat Loss".  I tried to make them cancel the program, and stop charging my debit card.  The person I talked to was "Andrew" and he told me that my program was cancelled. but it was not cancelled.  the are still chargeing me.  I dont know who they are and I dont know how to keep them from charging me every month for nothing.  This has got to be criminals taking advantage of people.  Fraud.....

Cancel order now 1/17/10

I just noticed that I was charged $39.95 on my account.  I called the number (800-475-1942) and they claim I signed up for on a call back in Nov. I don't buy ANYTHING over the phone. They claim they have canceled my account but in order to get my money back they would have to send me some forms (7-10 business days) that I would have to fill out and then mail them back to the company who would look at the request and make a judgement as to refund my money.  Who can I report this scam to besides my bank?  I am going to cancel my bank card and request a new one so they cannot charge my account again.

I was charged with the understanding that if I just tried their program, I'd have a $50.00 Wal-Mart gift certificate. I cancelled when I saw how much they were charging. And, this company Essentials For Home, evidently had started charging my card since I gave it to them, not 30 days after! The way the billings fell on the statement, I had several monthly fees posted and I had never recieved any information  from them about the program! I happened to notice (not so sure paperless is the way to go now) that my statement balance wasn't going down much, that's when I noticed that even though I'd called them, after they'd charged me for over 4 months, I cancelled with them again! This time I wanted a cancellation #, which I got.
Thought it was handled! Got the # and all, right? NO. They continued to charge my card, even though I called Discover about it, Discover even continued to allow them to charge my card! So, I told them both, I wanted at least 6 months credited or I'd take actions.  So, if you're serious about a Law Suit, I'm with you. I have my statements, showing how much they charged, which even went up, and my cancellation  #. They representitive that handled it, and I believe they credited my account either 2 or 3 mths. I want it all back! Plus, I want them sued for Fraud. And, I want them to have to make good, to anyone they co-hearsed to join their company with the "absolutely no obligation, cancel at anytime, but keep the Wal-Mart gift certificate as our thanks to you"!!!! I want my $50.00. And, they should be extremely glad that you can't sue for aggrivation or we'd own them!
