    i called the phone number and it always says the business hours. i have never been able to get ahold of anyone ever. i guess im going to change my debit card number and trick them once they arent going to ever get anymore money from me those b******s...SO EVERYONE CHANGE THE ACCOUNTS SO THEY CANT DO THIS TO YOU NO MORE....

    found a charge on credit card with this number [800-475-1942 MN- SEM VALUE PLUS] as the merchant for $24.95.  I did not authorize any payments to this company, don't even know WHAT the service/merchandise might have been. looked back and found I'd been charged this fee for 5 months and I didn't realize it was an odd thing until it was the only charge on the card this month.  I know, should've noticed it before.

    has anyone found a way to stop the charges and get the money paid in back?

    Yes, you call that 800 # and demand it.  If the charges are not credited within a few weeks, call your credit card company.  Actually, to be on the safe side, I would call up Visa/MC/AMEX...in parallel today rather than waiting...

    SEM VALUE PLUS is now listed on my statement as SEM* PULSE mentioning I "signed up for their website/subscription" - when I asked them what their website was and that I never signed up for PULSE, the service rep said he would credit my account with the 2 or 3 months they auto-billed me @ $24.95 - they must

    I would strongly suggest looking back a few months to a purchase you made by the phone (e.g - "Free sample"  or "Free trial offer")  Many of those will auto-fill you and sign you up for other crap and other companies say that << YOU >> applied when it wasn't you making that call!

    I had a $24.95 charge on my Nov. acct.  After looking back I found charges for Aug., Sep., and Oct. THe charges were supposed to be stopped in July, They don't do anything, I contacted them  they said the charges would stop in July.

    I found out today that i have been done the same way the only thing you can do is call and cancell your card that is what i did today they got me for sep, oct,and nov but they won't get anymore thats for sure

    My saga began after ordering the green coffee bean as seen on Dr. Oz.  Got a call from another company making reference to the coffee bean order so assumed they sold my info.  The call I got was from Value Access and was only to be for $1.00.  Within a week I canceled on line but noticed other fees for $1.00 kept showing up on my CC though I only authorized one fee of $1.00....when will it stop?

    I noticed a charge on my bank statement this morning and did some research.   First of all, Delaware business record details show this company's foreign registration (Delaware) status is "inactive."    They operate out of Minnestoa.    A class action lawsuit was filed in July 2011 captioned "Evalour Dioquino vs. Sempris LLC."      This company just changes it's name and continues it's scam.    Cancel your credit card and request a new number and remember to review your bank statements often.

    . . . and by the way, I pulled up the bank statement from 8/28/12 when they say I enrolled in this savings club and there is no record of me ordering anything ten days before or ten days after this date.    If your charge was made by SEM* VALUE PLUS, call 800-475-1942 and request that they cancel your membership - then go to your bank and file a dispute.     I am on my way to my bank now!     Good luck to all of you!

    I never received a call from this company concerning on charging my bank card for the past two months. I don't know what your company is or what they offer. I will be contacting your office on refunding my debit card back for the charges in the amount of $ 24.95. These are non authorization charges on your end, I never nor did I authorize any charges to be charged to my debit card. Your company charged my debit card back in July twice and once in August & September and all charges were the amount of $24.95 each.

    They are claiming to be Budget Savers.  They charged my credit card $29.95 monthly for the past 3 months.  I am filing a fraud report with my credit card company.
