It has been taken out even after being cancelled, and the bank charges you $25.00 to do this for Valu PLus, plus At Home Reward, like you people, where did they get the pertinent information from the bank accont?

I am writing in concern of charges made on my Chase bank account that were never authorized by me in any way. This fraud was started 5/23/2007 for Value Plus in the amount of $16.95 per month until March of 2008. The total amount is 186.45. The second unauthorized charge to my Chase bank account was started 6/9/2007 for Explore USA in the amount of $16.95 per month until March 2008. The total amount taken without my permission for this account is $169.50. plus another $16.95 March 2008. After 3 calls to 1 800-475-1942 located on my bank statement and no paperwork they were going to send for me to fill out for my total refund they gave me a address To Member Services P.O.BOX 5265 Hopkins MN 55343 and told me to write them for my refund myself. My letter was dilivered March 14th 2008 according to the post office conformation receipt I paid extra to make sure they got it. Each time I called them I also called CHASE bank where I do business with who has been allowing the charges to my account even though they have delt with them for years through other account customers. Each time the bank told me to try to work it out with the company that way I may get all my money back and if I dispute through the bank they will only give me 3 months 90 days of charges. I dont even know how this company got my personal info and debit card info and now my bank who is to protect my money doesnt even act like they want to help. Oh yes the bank did offer me a deal for $12.00 a month they would watch my account for me? What the heck? Am I waisting my time waiting on them to even pay me back and should I just go through my ever so careing bank?

I never recall having a call from 1 800-475-1942  and I have a $16.95 charged on my CC.

GE credit allowed these payments to a closed account w/ PayPal.  I was supposedly getting discount car rentals and vacations.  Never got a member#
until I called the number.  I NEVER ASKED TO SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING .. I was told it was because I bought something online or thru TV.  The person I spoke to could not provide a web site to see what their operation is about but I think I know .... if anyone wants to band together maybe this place with the multi names and access to accounts can be squashed.

My credit card company called ME and said that there have been some recurring unusual charges on my credit card and gave me two phone numbers.  This was one
of them.  I am getting ready to call and do battle, then call my credit union.

..i got a call talking about how great a customer i was and they told me i would be recieving a 40 dollar free gas vouchure, and a 25 dollar walmart gift card , i told them i didnt want it and wanted to cancel immediately, telling them im only 19 years old and i dont have that much money to spend,and why they were calling me in the first place...she said ..you can cancel at anytime when it arrives in 2 weeks...and i couldn't tell her to cancel it,i imediately called the number that she told me how to cancel it, and they said they didn't have me on the record yet...that was about 3-4 weeks ago, nothing in the mail and now im getting charged, i hope we find the f****** and sue their [***]....

I just had these charges show up. After ignoring ALOT of these peoples calls I finally answered one day and told them to quit calling, that we were on the NO-Call list, and I wasn't interested in what they have to offer. The most I heard out of them was that their system showed I have recently purchased something from them. The only thing I have recently purchased online were the as-seen-on-tv aqua globes as a present for my mother-in-law. So I think this may have something to do with it, if they are somehow connected in some way. I am PO'd. I have received a health discount card in the mail today and will be calling that company on monday to have them terminate my membership. According to the info I recieved, they have discounted $9.95 for the first 30 day trial membership, after that they will be deducting $49.95 each month. We just bought a home and CANNOT afford this. If someone does get a refund back and no more charges show up, please update us on that so we know there may be hope!

I just got my cc statement today and to my surprise, there were charges from Value Plus Monthly.  One was for $1.95 and the other was for $24.95.  I called my CC immediately and disputed the charge.  They took it off my account immediately and are investigating it.  I am wondering how this organization got my cc number.  I will check every statement I get for all of my credit cards from now on. The called the number at the website  they gave me was www.program.com.  Of interest, if you listen closely, the girl says dot dot com.  There is a www.program.com, but their services are free.

I wonder if anyone has let their local State's Attorney know about this scam. If not, I would suggest that everyone contact their local State's Attorney's office to see what, if anything, can be done. An investigation needs to be opened to put these people out of business.

I found this website after googling WC *HOMEPLAY-V. I was charged 16.95 today but I don't remember receiving any phone call from that number and it's not in my call history. Anyway, I called my credit card company and explained to them what had happened and what I had found on the Internet. They said that they were gonna cancel my cc because they couldn't block just one company. At least I'm getting my money back, but the thing is how did those [***] got ahold of my credit card information?????

I've been charged TWICE 19.95&49.95 for something that,I have no knowledge of.I purchased one item online from someone else and these guys has charged me for something I never recieved.What a load of bull how could people get away with things of that nature.Great Big Frauds. GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

I noticed today that I had an unauthorized 16.95 deducted from my bank account from this company.  I called the number listed and was told they were having technical difficulties to hang up and call back.  I did and got a young man who seemed to be very nice.  However, he asked for my name and address.  Like a fool, I gave it to him.  Again being nice, he explained that they were a  company that offers discounts for entertainment. I proceeded to tell him that I had not ever ordered anything, signed up for anything, etc. with their company.  He claims that they were truly sorry, they would cancel my membership and refund my money.  I contacted my bank told them I had found your site and they told me to come in and file a report so that they could put a stop to this.  Please if this happens to you don't hesitate to make it publically known.

They took $400 out of my account

out of nowhere i started getting phone calls from this 1800-475-1942 number. i always ignored it. it always called me when i was at work or when i was asleep. they wouldnt stop bothering me so finally one time i answered and they said that i was going to receive something in the mail about what they were offering. it was a trial of something with magazines and coupons or something and that they were going to give me a walmart gift card. i was half asleep so in my head i said whatever ill just cancel it soon as i get the damn thing in the mail. So 2 months go by and i still havent recieved anything about it in the mail. i was sort of suspicious but i didnt worry about it. i jus thought oh well, thinking that somehow it got canceled or something. i kept checking my credit card to see if there were any charges and there were none. later on we were moving into another place and we were starting to settle in when one morning it called me again, telling me the same thing as before. i got into an attitude with the lady, telling her that i had already received a call like that and i never got the package in the mail. she said oh really well i dont see any record of that. then all of a sudden she started askin me a whole bunch o questions. point is she said the same thing and i never got that one either. today i just went online and checked my credit card and there were 2 charges of $19.95 on there. i was pissed! i copied and pasted the title of the charge and googled it got me here! So turns out im not the only one.

I have gotten a similar call about magazines as well back in 2007! I called my bank and they said that they would refund the money that got charged to my account in the last 3 months; however, they said that even if i cancel my card and got a new one I might have to continue paying because WC would still charge my old card and the bank would have to charge my new card. So what am i suppose to do? is there absolutely no way for me to prevent WC from stealing my money?

they asked me to verify my address and only after i did they told me what it was for. All i heard was "$1.00 for the first time and then should you decide to not cancel, you will be billed for $40 something each month until you do decide to cancel... okay?" I said "no its not okay" and then she asked what my concern was and i hung up on her. Hoping they would get the message. The only other thing i recall from the conversation was that they got my information from an order i reently placed online or through the radio. When i asked what was purchased or who they were affiliated with all they could tell me was that i recently placed an order online or through the radio. ??? Radio? I dont think so, now online thats plausable, but do you have any idea how many times i place orders online a week? welcome to the modern era people...

for got to mention i got billed for the $1.00 whatever, so i can only assume the $40 something will be next month. They said that something would be in the mail and I could cancel that way...

I got a call form them they deducted 1.00 from my account and know packet arrived and they say you can cancel at any time this phone number is busy constantly.

$19.95 has been withdrawn 3x from my account and I dont even know what for. I've tried canceling and it's still being withdrawn. I have never signed up for anything from this so called company.

who are these people who keep taking my money???!!!!
