I have now gotten 2 charges taken out of my bank account without authorization.

one for $24.95 saying Visa purchase WC Value Plus on 6-21-2009 1-888-833-7279

one for $19.95 saying Visa Purchase MVQ SaveAce on 6-24-2009 1-888-593-5216

Why doesn't someone do something about these unauthorized thieves. This is illegal and when you call you are promised a refund within 3 to 5 days, How did they get my bank numbers to begin with?

Well, lucky us we just got our first charge from HomePlay and they have upped it to $19.95.  Like others, we had to call and have our Discover card replaced! And they say they will file a dispute for us.  Right!  People, just a reminder gotta look at the those monthly statments every month. Why can't they just earn their money honestly, like the rest of us???? And we never even talked to anyone!  The phone rings once and that's it!

It's me again.  This number is answered with "Membership Services".  But, they can't tell you a thing.  They say we agreed to the services over the phone.  And what are the services, you ask.  They don't know!  Rotten people.

Did not recieve any calls to my cell phone but a $14.95 charge from MVQ*SAVEACE appeared on my bank statement. On the same day a $14.95 charge from MVQ*HOMESVINGSMLL also showed up. Any clue who these people are?

I have gotten a charge from SaveAce4 on my bank statement for $19.95 It indicates the phone number is 888-593-5216 CT.  This overdrew my account and bounced my rent check.  Who will be responsible for this?

A payment was made by 'paypal acct.to this Saveace, never heard of them before..call and some indio speaking saying his name was ssas and his no. was 700101 would refund the money in 3-5 days...their phone No is 888 593 5216..the fast talking receptionist gave a saveace.com web site..it expired..

Like everyone else, Had a charge on my bank statement on 7-1-2009 from a company called MVQ SaveAce for 19.95. Called 1-888-593-5216. They quickly agreed to refund my money. Where did they get my info? Said it was some kind of discount internet shopping thing. I have never even heard of it till now. I wish there was a way to do something about this.

This number was on my cc bill. I had ordered a necklace off of the tv but paid for them and had not ordered anything else. When I called this number to see what this was they said it was vacation discount club. I informed them I was disabled and unable to travel. I have a charge of 19.95. Advised them to close this off as I never authorized this.It shows as Pro-Play on the statment.

Mvq*saveace billed 19.95 to my account today...never received a call from them, never signed up for anything. I called the 1-888-593-5216 and asked what the bill was for. The young lady who answered told me it was for some online savings plan. I told her I had never heard of it and had not signed up for it. She said she would cancel my account and I should have a good day. Before she could disconnect me, I asked her about the 20 bucks they had fraudulently taken. She asked me what I would like done, and I told her I wanted my money back. She said no problem it would be back in 3 to 5 days...we'll see.

I just got this charge today on my bank account, don't what this is about. I filed a refund request via www.programstop.com as prompted by the recording when I dialed 8004751942. I have called my bank and made them aware of this unauthorized charged and will contact the Attorney General's Office on Monday. This is sad at this time where every penny counts~

ORDERED WOW CONTAINERS 11/23/2009 AND ON 12/26/2009 THEY WERE TAKING OUT 19.95 EVERY MO. CALLED THAT # AND THEY SAID I ORDERED THERE SERVICE WHEN I ORDERED THE CONTAINERS. I DID NOT AUTH. VALUE PLUS 8007451942 WOW GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD #

I got 2 charged on my bank account THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE and i can't even get a refund from the company....and my bank says I have to fill out fraud paperwork now with then AND the police....and I had to cancel my card!  Something NEEDS to be done about these stupid A** companies doing this to innocent people!

I received 2 charges on my credit card for 16.95 from PRO*ESS FOR HOME MTHLY  and also ESSNL SAV after puchasing a WindowWasherWonder from their web site. I did nothing to initiate any type of programs such as these other than just buy the product. Luckily I monitor all my credit card and bank accounts regularly and caught this only 2 days after the charges hit. My credit card company said their would be no problem. They would dispute the charge and return my money immediately. I called the numbers and they gave me options to cance the memberships as well. This should be a lesson to all of you. Always monitor ALL your accounts on a daily basis and you will never get caught in this type of scam.

As in previously listed comments I noticed charges of 14.99 by saveace on my credit card bill. When I called the number listed next to the charge I got their membership service. From the accent of their representative it appears that their service center is in India. When I asked them what they were charging me for, they told me that it was for a membership in online savings club, and that I was signed up for the service by a third party. The representative could not answer my questions about membership benefits and about the services that the company provides. If you see charges from saveace on your credit card bill, I would advise that you cancel you call your credit card company and ask for a new card.

i got the same charge on my credit card account from MVQ SaveAce for about 19 dollars. told my bank it was fraud. I have not used my card for a long time and fea that I got signed up accidently while signing up for another service online or it is completely fraud.

I was not aware that I had been signed up for this service and would like to cancel it as I can not afford it at this time.

I received a call from this company "Quality Resources" at phone number 727-712-0382. I spoke to a gentlemen who was trying to pitch me taking a trial for something called Budget Savers. They already had my credit card information but refused to tell me how they obtained it. All they would tell me was that they received it from a marketing partner. I have placed my number on their do not call list and still continue to call. I am now getting the run around for who to call to make sure I was not charged for any trial services. It isn't right that they have my credit card information on file but don't know where it came from. I see this company already has numerous complaints against them(on the Better Business Bureau), so I know they are a fradualant company. Beware of these people!

I TOO GOT AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE FOR $29.95 AND AGAIN FOR $1.00 FROM MVQ HOMESVINGSMLL PHONE NUMBER 888-743-4421 - WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS!

I GOT AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE FROM BARGAINHOME.COM FOR $49.80 FOR A LIST OF ADDRESSES ON FORECLOSED HOMES, BUT I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE LIST! HOW ABOUT THAT FOR THIEVES OVER THE INTERNET, HUH? THEIR PHONE NUMBER - 1-800-380-4359.  I CALLED THEM ABOUT THESE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL REVERSE THE CHARGE. GUESS WHAT?  IT CAME UP AGAIN 4 DAYS LATER! CAN SOMEONE DO ANYTHING ABOUT THESE? WHAT ARE THE LEGAL STEPS TO PROSECUTE THESE THIEVES?

Someone calling themselves CDDIAGNOSIS - 1-800-379-5036 - charge my checking account $29.95.  How can this happen without my consent?  Isn't this fraud?  What can I do about it and how do I go about doing something?  I am tire of these charges popping up in my checking account without my authorization.
