I have had $19.95 deducted from my account for 2 months.  I do not know what this is for.  I have not joined or ordered anything.  You better replace it into my account and there better not be anything else deducted.  I am contacting the attorney general about this matter.  This is a scam.  I do not know where or how you got my credit card or account number.  You better take action at once.  Judye

Big mistake getting involved with these SCAMMERS!!!!!

I ordered patch perfect grass seed the other day and this $10.00 off coupon offer appears at what I thought was the end off my order,it is for "value plus " I declined it. I then receive an e-mail from them telling me my first month is free that if I choose not to continue with it I could cancel at anytime. So I have been trying to do that now,being that I did'nt want it in the first place.I can't even find out just what they are or do. But I have been getting alot of phone calls from the 1-800-475-1942 and this was before the "value plus" thing.I told them the last time they called that I ordered a trace from my phone company and the FBI Internet Scams Dept. and so far they have not called back.Oh yeh they going to charge me $19.95 a month.By the way this 800# also comes up under different states names.

I keep getting a $19.95 charge on my cc. Who is this and how do I stop it?

i just checked my acct online (sunday) and noticed a charge for 16.95 from wc value plus v 469216 11:41:53 on 3/29/09. I have been home and on the computer at this time, but, did not purchase anything anywhere. I did not receive a phone call at home either.
I am going to police next. will try to call monday this number. They were not authorized to withdraw anything....

They never actually called me, but I got a charge on my checking account for $19.95. I never signed up for nothing, gave out any personal information, I don't know how these scammers did it!!

I have been getting charged for this as well.  There are 2 things that are fishy about this.  I had my number changed and I started getting calls from this company 3 days later.  Plus the only thing I have ordered online was from www.direct2drive.com.  So either Verizon or D2D are responsible.

I got a call from this number for FUNSOURCE MONTHLY-V AND VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942 and was told to call if I had any questions.  They are taking $19.95 each out of my account monthly and if you call this number you get "Any time you want it call 1-800-talk.

Rip off company. I dont buy on the internet except with paypal.How did they get my debit card # ? Who are they? I have been charged $19.95 two times. Going to the texas attorney general and my bank monday.

I do not recall even getting a call.  I called the 800 number and was to told to go to this website for cancellation

Got me too. I never received any calls and I haven't made many online purchaces. I got charged 3  times now on my CC $19.95 by WC *Value Plus-V. Before I had time to call for the first charge I got my second statement with 2 months charges on it. I called the 800 number and got a recording of where to go online to cancel the membership. What a Scam. From the looks of all these complaints they must be making millions. Imagine the people who are not recognizing these charges. Why can't someone stop this. Its ridiculous. I'd be under the jail if I did this. I suggest disputing with your CC company and get a new account number. Maybe when the CC companys get tired of issuing everyone new cards they will investigate these guys.

Called FIA Card Services Dispute #. They handle my Visa Credit Card for my bank. Unbelievably they understood and knew about this Value Plus charging... credited me 9 months and stopped future payments. Yes this went on for 9 months until i actually looked at me statement.
They told me this Value plus thing was initiated by my bank. I really do not understand it but this ended with my money back, the unauthorizes charges ended and i did not have to cancel my card.

I call this number and got a disconnect tone. I called my bank they don't won't to help, because I've reported this over and over again, with no solution to the problem. Some body needs to find ou t who these people really are.

I had two charges to my ceridt card of $19.95 and I never received any cupons or any other information. I contacted them and finaly got mad and requested a refund. They indicated they would send me a letter to request a refund.

STEALING IN THE WORST WAY

I have an unauthorized debit charge on my bank card for $24.95 it says it's a  Visa purchase WC value plus on 6-21-2009. I have no idea what this is and it was not an authorized charge, I want my money back.

I also had a charge of $24.95 marked as a Visa purchase to WC Value Plus. I called 1-888-833-7279 and talked to an operator named Brie and was told it was a telephone authorization and I assured her it was not authorized she said it would be refunded within 3 to 5 days and it had better be or I will seek legal counsel this is a scam and illegal.
