Yes, same thing. My Capitol One was charged twice in the last billing cycle, once for $2.95, and again for $59.90 - both from DRI*8004974988eAuction

I've contacted my Credit Card company, and canceled the card.

I called the 800 # and asked what the companies name was. The said they were Pacific Web Works, a computer software store.

We had a pair of fraudulent charges from them in December.  Just called our company, and the security guy indicated he'd had a lot of calls about them, "Digital Research" in the last couple months.

    Cancelled and got new cards.

I got screwed by them. First they appeared as a DRI*something and when it passed it went to DRI*800..... Cancelled my card, got a new one and am tempted to take legal action against DRI.

Got a charge on my card with this number.  This call did not come to me.  If you cancel your cc, be sure to send in your fraud affidavit asap to keep other charges from posting.

Yes, I called and was told to hold on the line for a representative; music played and I waited, and waited--someone named "Sherri" got on the line and asked for my telephone number; then came back and asked for my name; she then said she was processing my refund.  She said she processed both refunds--it remains to be seen-tomorrow!

I just uncovered a monthly withdrawal of $49.90 from our checking account that has been going on for over six months (should've caught it earlier).
The bank statement noted the charge as "Purchase 90630129004925244262101 on 01/29 at DRI*8004974988eAuction 800-497-4988 MN"  I reported it to the Bank's Claim Department to start up fraud charges.

I got charged 59.90 also.  I just called the number and got them to cancel it.  If they charge me again then I'll just call back and have them issue a refund.   Never again will I do any kind of survey.  BIG MISTAKE!

DRI*8882102544G  - A fee showed up on my card which I did not agree to. I send my bank an email and they told me that the charge was for DFI*REG.net.  No clue who they are.  I don't make purchases online often and don't give out personal information.  I don't know if that specific number is the number that has been calling although there has been an 800 number calling frequently and hanging up on my answering machine - just never thought it connected so I didn't write it down.

I received several charges to my checking account using my, now cancelled, check card.  Charges 4.95, 2.95, and 59.90.  I tried to call the company but no one answers.  My bank is disputing the charges so I hope I will get back my money lost.  Someone has used my check card over the last month for a total of 255.16.  I did not lose my card or let anyone use it.

I have no idea who this charge is from and I am positive that I did not make the charge!!!  When I called the number it was before 8:00 A.M. cdst.  When the phone was answered by auto response, they never identified themselves or the type of business.  I am sure it is the FRAUD business.

DRI eAuction has not called me but have been billing $49.90 to my credit card account (you know the butt nuggets who use a lizard in their inane ad campaign)for over a year. Two months ago I opened a statement and found the charges and asked my wife about it. She knew nothing about it but continued to pay the charges since she thought it was something I ordered. I immediately called the credit card company to complain. They got one of their "fraud investigators" on it and I just got a letter today from said FI who wrote that the alleged fraud was investigated and no fraud was found. So the CC company wants me to pay the charges. I payed off the balance two months ago and went with another CC co. and am damned if I will pay those criminals. Somebody hacked me for sure. When I called the 800-497-4988 number two months ago, I got a laid-back polite white male who looked up my "account" information and told me that I had ordered an Ebay search service which is ridiculous  because I can do that myself without anyone's help. Have any of you contacted any law enforcement agenicies or state attorney general offices about these scammers?
