THIS COMPANY HAS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!!!! I CALLED THE BANK AND THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLUS PAIN AND SUFFERING. I NEED TO PAY BILLS NOT DEAL WITH THIS!!!! I BELIEVE EVERYONE HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN TO WATCH OUR ACCOUNTS LIKE A HAWK FOR PEOPLE LIKE THESE THAT SCAM INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THIS TIME OF NEED!!!!

i got billed for 47.50 called they were very nice they refunded after the third time calling. two weeks later i was billed 99.00 and now they wont refund it. they snickered and laughed in my face. please help me any info contact me at metalman9996@gmail.com thanks. p.s cancel those cc.

WHEN I CALLED BACK I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT COME TO THE PHONE AND THEN SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. CALLED AGAIN SHE PRETENDED SHE COULD NOT HERE ME AND HUNG UP AGAIN.

same as everybody else i try to get my money back for 8 months now they have stuck me for allmost 800 bucks never got any info and never get a refund i try to get my money off my debit card but they try 20 times a day till it goes through dont do this it is a frekin scam and i really hope i find these punks in a dark alley

I just checked out my statement online and noticed an amount of 99.00 taken from my account, who is this 1-800-497-4988? And how is it they can debit my account with NO authorization? This was a bank card not a credit card!!!! Freakin out here is there no end?

I went to my bank this morning and told them to check in to it and then i called the number and argued with the company and told em they had two hours to refund my money or i would sue them and i got mine back

Got charged the $99 dollars. They told me they mailed a CD to me, which they customer serv rep told me they did not yet mail. Then when I spoke to the supervisor she tried to tell me they did send it. I found out they are in the Philippines and they report to somewhere in Utah. After much arguing, I was able to get her to give me a Utah fax # of 801-578-9019, but she refused to give me a telephone number. Then the supervisor told me I have to mail the cd back to them. I explained again I never got it, and that they have a wrong address for me. She just kept saying their terms & conditions allows them to do what they do. I told her no, they do not.

We were charged $99.00 on our CC and no one was authorized to make the charge.I called the 1-800 # and tried to find out what the charge was for and who the company was.The woman I spoke with had a very heavy accent and I could barely understand her.She was rude and refused to tell me who she worked for.I told her that as the consumer,I had a right to know.She said she did not have to tell me a thing and to call my CC company.I did call my CC company and it is under investigation.I told my CC company what she said to me and I was told that it is illegal to keep info from people when asked.Neither I or my husband authorized the $99.00 charge and we have no idea what it is for!!Our CC company has already credited it back to us,but they are still investgating.PLEASE look at your statements and investgate any unautorized charges.These people should not get away with this!!!!

Just found a charge on my bank account for $99.00. I did not order anything. This will be removed somehow. I intend to find this company. I also see other people who have had the same thing happen.  This is just too much.  Thanks.

This is totally a scam "GOOGLE CASH", they charge my account for $99.99 last month which makes an overdraft to my account :( and another $2 twice with different numbers
I sign up to get a startup kit to do google ad, that is how they get my account information (Google Ad is actually free). I had to change my card number to get out of this because they keep charging me with different number and I wasn't able to block them

Call your bank, I was charged 47.50 and after calling the number on my bank statement to complain they told me they could not refund my money, but they canceled my 'account'.  Now, 2 months later, I was charged $99.  (looks like a different charge) and I called my bank directly saying there was fraudulant charges.  They opened up an investigation and canceled my debit card.  I hope that solves it, and the bank says I will get my money back from them in 10 days, but the investigation could take up to 3 months.

Just got off the phone with this company. Got a charge of $99.00 on my debit card on Nov 30. Had to get nasty. She said the $99.00 charge was shipping and handling for some sort of CD's and that it was nonrefundable. Told her that I did not authorize this and this was against the law. Told her I was on the internet reading other peoples complaints and that some of the people had reported them to the FBI! She put me on hold for a minute and came back and told me she would cancel and give me a refund. We'll see in about 3 to 5 days. Only knew about this when I checked my bank account.

Happy to say I just got my refund of $99. Still out $47.50.

Shows as "PWW Profitking" on my credit card statement w/800-497-4988 phone number as a reference. Being charged $79.90 for something I never subscribed to or purchased.

Got up this morning and cheched my bank account balance just to see a debit which I did not authorize.  It is no longer $79.90 but is 89.90.  Called the 800 number to complain and was told that I had been charged based on authorization allegedly made 6 months ago.  Then was told that they would cancel my account and there would be no further charges.  Told the lady 'Arlene' that not only would there be no more charges but I would not be charged this amount.  The lady said that she issued a refund and I would have the money within 5 business days.  We'll see if this works.  Also asked for a physical address and the lady said that she did not have it at her desk but she would send me confirmation e-mail.
