These people wont't stop calling my 72 year old grandma (who has the best credit in the wourld)when she picks up the phone it's a recording telling her to press 1 to be connected.this has got to stop

I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commision and the FCC and will file a report for every violation.

They have an obligation to provide you proof of any legal debt in writing (which I have none). If they don't then its just illegal and harassment.

I suggest you all file a report every time they violate the law and continue to do so.

FMS-calls my house everyday asking for a man i do not know. Today they called @ 10:02, 10:13, 10:23, 10:33 and 10:43. I got angry and picked it up @ 10:43 to get a dial tone in my ear.

Have new number with new cell service.  keep getting these idiots calling. sometimes a message for who I am guessing is prior listed person to this number.  I use this phone number for outgoing business calls only and my message indicates this, but the idiots still insist on calling.  Anyone with an atom of brain cells would stop calling.

The best way to deal with such [***] is to hang up or do not pick the phone when you see the number.

Make a complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry, donotcall.gov  If more people do, then someone should investigate.

Don't know why they are calling at my work I work at NASA

If this is a collection agency that's calling my number, they didn't do their due diligence to find the correct number of the person/persons they seek.  No one at my number owes anyone anything; thus this is a harassment call, and this organization engages in criminal behavior, especially since they do not properly identify themselves on the ID.

They call the place i work and as soon as you answer it hangs up we have dont the national do not call registery but I took down the number and called it back the guy was more than helpful to make sure we dont get calls again we had 2 of our 5 numbers registered to people that had never worked at this company! so i would suggest to call them back if you dont owe anything!

thats funny... those presidents names are so fake. i have read numerous blogs about this co and all is the same... they call and harrass... i have not had the 'pleasure' of talking to them but i have had call after call after call.... it IS pretty ANNOYING.

For me it started just a few days ago. Its the same number at least once a day with the same auto message about this not being a business call from FMS. I have no idea why they are calling me but I won't be pushing the #1 key to talk to them. I may try to have my phone company block them or something.

Your information is almost 100% correct. FMS does not equal Financial Management Services. This debt collector is FMS Incorporated. FMS stands for nothing in this case, other than they would like you to believe they are "Financial Management Service," A Bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury. These idiots have started calling me.  I owe no debts.  None at all!  I called them back and they claim there is a debt from "prior to 2001".  At that point I just laughed at the guy and hung up.  Just finished writing a letter telling them to never contact me again and will forward a copy to my State's Attorney General.

If they persist, I'll sue.

They call everyday and night...never leave a mesage and when they do it's always for someone else...no matter what I do they wont stop calling!! In reading the comments there seems to be a lot of people getting these calls and there has to be a way they can be stopped! Some phone company lets them have these number so there has to be a way to track them and turn them off!!
