A lady named Rosemary Scerba from phone number 1-800-580-7611 keeps calling me at my work phone number. You and everyone else at this number needs to quit calling me at my place of employment!

"WE" are not at that number.    We are on a forum for people to report scammers and nuisance callers and having similar  problems to those that you are encountering.

You need to find a way to direct your instruction to the offending caller.

A quick Google search locates them as fms-collect.com and you could think of emailing them at info@fms-collect.com or doing a search for the phone number most convenient to your location.

This number called a number of times and twice I answered - they requested my daughter and I said she is no longer at this address.  Wanted me to give anew number - I told them no way!!! Asked again - tried to trick me into giving a number - asked to be removed from their list.

They are not licensed in all 50 States, nor BBB!

They call my work number asking for someone who is not even here. Shame on them for calling people at work.

This number called yesterday but wasn't answered. I answered this call today. An automated system kept telling me to hold on. When a surprisingly pleasant English-speaking man answered about 2 mins. in, I found out they were looking for a relative. How this place got my number is beyond me. (We do not have the same name.) "No. Relative does not live here. No. I will not give you their number." He said they'd remove my number.

That's messed up that these people can treat anyone like crap, and still do after you explain they have the wrong number. Even if someone did have a bill, or a credit problem no one should be able to get away with being so disrespectful when they called you at work, or at your home!

I'm getting calls from them too.  The first time I told them I would rectify any unpaid bills, as long as they sent me official documentation and a letter.  Now, they are calling me again.  Have yet to receive a letter though.  Next time I will tell them that I will NOT give them my credit/debt card info over the phone, as they may be a phishing group.  Don't give them your address or other information.  If it's real, they can confirm with you what address they have on file for you.

I don't think I am common  at all .In fact I regard myself as quite refined. I think you have to look to China for the most used surnames in the world. Now, if you had said John Doe, Joe Bloggs or Mr. Everyman  Your analogy would have been more acceptable to us Smiths.

Funny they called me stating that I still owe from a old account, which is bs. Then said they trued calling me 29 times since nov. I stated never seen this number and you never left messages proving you called, and he told me they don't leave messages.

Got a call from this number...they were looking for my ex-husband.  They gladly took my number out of their database and replaced it with his number!  How they found my home number is beyond me...but it is fixed now!!!

Robocall, tell you to hold/very important- sure!  Hide your identity on Caller ID & see what you get!

called looking for my g'son who lives in another state.   I assume a debt collector?

They asked extremely personal questions and don't specify why they are calling. SHADY CRIMINALS

This number calls all hours. Never answer the phone. Doesn't seem to deter them.

Phoned at 11:16 am. Female, asked by my first name, "call  being monitored and recorded"  Wouldn't say who she was.   I hung up.
These people call frequently.  Who are they??
