FMS debt collectors out of Tulsa, OK.  I returned the call and found they were looking for someone with an unfamiliar name. I have had my number for almost 3 decades and have only recently started receiving these irritating calls from this company. I've been told they removed my number from their lists (supposedly almost immediately)....we'll see. And then we'll....FCC.

If both are connected there may be a reason why they don't stop calling, because it's the government themselves!

This company is continually calling my ten year old son on his new cell phone. I have informed them of this and they try to dig for more information about who we are. I have filed a complaint on the Do Not Call registry site. Please, if everyone reports this stupid, rude, obnoxious company, maybe something will be done about them.

These "people" and others like them, should be banned from doing this kind of calling people!  I am disabled and sick and get calls at all hours, day and night.  The FTC needs to be called on this!

Okay, if I owed anyone.....You shouldn't have them call me after 9pm for nothing. I have business with such and such person, No honey you don't not after 9 pm, remove the number from your list. FMS is violating collections rules. You are not suppose to call anyone after 9 pm. Period. If they do, you can have a nice little check coming on its way.

recorded message has called my cellphone repeatedly for the past 5 months stating that i have a message and if i want to hear the message press #1 .
I just hang up.  Their FMS name sounds like SMS on the recording, I don't use SMS, so its a bogus call.
I'm sick of this company bothering my phone and my time !

I've never pressed #1 to find out the further message, had no idea who they are.... the recorded message doesn't state anything about them being bill collectors, they state nothing, they are just a creepy recording !
I don't owe any money so maybe they are a company that has a job to harass people.

Almost constantly we receive a call from this company.  We don't answer, but we have called it, just for the heck of it, and they don't take incoming call.  They also do not leave a message on answering machine.

These people call several times.  Say press 1 if I want to talk to someone about this call or disconnect. I disconnect. I have no idea what they are calling about altho I have gotten calls from people who want me to contact a relative and tell them to call.

I have now installed a system with ability to block callers and send them SIT tomnes and a message. The SIT tone is that BeeBoop The number you have dialed...

It appears as though the system these guys use does not recognize that and keeps calling. It doesn't matter to me since I never hear the phone ring.

Although you have a phone number already, you might investigate getting a Google Voice number (free) and try to use that instead. You may be able to use their service with your cell phone to run interference.

Another alternative is get a cheap answering machine and use it to run interference for you

This company is FMS Inc out of Tulsa OK and have another office in Reynoldsburg, OH they are a collections agency if you connect with them and tell them it's a wrong number they should remove it best bet is to keep a notebook with dates and times after you have told them it's a wrong number if they continue to contact you call an attorney for harassment...also if you do owe a bill ask them how old it is from my research some of this stuff is old or is not owned by the original creditor there for you could get a good settlement offer if still in the limitations...

They are bill collectors - calling to try to collect from my dear old dad - who is like seventy something in a nursing home with hardly a penny to his name. Recommend you answer ONCE - deny being or knowing whom ever it is they are after - then state that your number is to removed from their list.

I was called and when I called back they were rude and obnoxious and refused to tell me wfo they were.

Just report the number and company name which is FMS to donotcall.gov...they will stop calling from that number, but perhaps then call from another toll free number..just keep reporting them, they will stop!
