When they first made contact was 4/8/2004 and asked for a person who actually works in this office and mentioned mortgage company.  I gave them the correct number to call, but still receive calls from this number of the original extension they used.  I hate these phone calls when no one is on the other end.

This number keeps calling. I don't answer it.

it IS in fact wells fargo, but they're calling re: someone who's been dead for a year, if the calls resuming is for the same reason. since they assured me months ago they'd take our business' number out of the list, I recorded my end of the convo this time, so i can insist they cease!

I just got called by this number and it siad that i was in debt on a house and im only 15

I've just turned 18, never had any kind of debt or loan. This number has called me 4 times a day for the whole summer. The name they give isnt even mine, i would tell them im not them but its an automated voice.

I message was left on my answering maching to  call  8006787986 stating they were Wells Fargo Mortgage Debt collection department.  I do not owe any debt to Wells Fargo; my loan is set up as automatic bill pay and up to date.. I did not return the call,  I will call Well Fargo Mortgage tomorrow.  This is probably a scam to get your personal information.

I get constant stream of calls from this number. I'm new at this company so doubt they know who I even am. Sometimes there is no message left, other times I get a recording that sounds like I called them! It gives a typical welcome message, and then a person "answers" and keeps saying "hello? hello?" - as if I called them. I'm getting several of these a week now.

I want these calls stopped! They are coming in on my work phone - I'm especiallly concerned if someone is hacking into my phone and placing these calls to a third party (using my phone number and without my knowledge.)

Ive gotten several calls from this number, but it is not a number that is associated with Wells Fargo. I finally told them that I would not give out my personal information, as I don't know the number. But they still keep calling me!

My mortgage payment is auto deducted every month well before payment due. I called wells fRgo to make sure payment was received. They confirmed it had. When pressed, callers from this number were unable to present me with my mortgage loan number. Total frauds.

I'm just 13 and have no affiliations with this number or company and they call me back every day and I yet to pick it up

Funny but I am home 98% of the time and they did not ring the door bell but left a little card with their number on it and it was this number just wondering what this is about?

I answer phones at my work and we've been getting so many calls from this #.  Maybe they say why they're calling but our voice mail cuts it off I don't know but I DO know it is VERY annyoying and disruptive!!!  I finally got sick of it and called and asked to be removed.  All they said was ok.  Then of course an hour later they called AGAIN!!!  If we are past due, this isn't the way to get their money!  It only pisses off the person answering the freaking phone!  Too bad our caller ID doesn't pick it up or I'd just not answer.

They have called me at about 4:50pm for the past two days; I did not pick up and they did not leave a message. Searched the number and it led me here. Although I have a Wells Fargo checking account, I have no loans or mortgages from them, no late bills and nothing in arrears financially. I've had the same phone number for about 10 years too. I thought it might be someone giving out my number as theirs, but the amount of other callers here getting the same thing leads me to believe it's a scam instead. Blocked the number.

This is Wells Fargo. I have a mortgage loan with them and they have contacted me from this number over the last fifteen years.
