this woman jenny windsor must have horrible credit because i get all kinds of calls from all kinds of credit companies.  i have been getting these probably for two years. i dont know who this woman is but she must be really popular.

Called our business phone number 20 minutes ago. I was on the other line so I let our answering machine pick up since it was a 800 number and most of our calls are sales calls. They hung up after listening to the greeting and did not leave a message. So I figured it was not a legit company. I did however call it back and to my surprise got a live person quickly. He answered "Bay Area Credit Service." I hung up since I knew that it had nothing to do with our business.

SAME thing happened to me. im so frustrated.. its been happening for about a month. The phone calls progressively got worse, so i finally picked up but i didn't want to say anything. So i called back and wanted to hear if they said the name of the business because they never left any voicemails out of 50 calls. I kept asking her the name of the business that the Indian lady is employed for and she mumbles something with her horrible accent with credit. and i kept on asking her she did the same thing. So she's like well if i have the wrong person why does it matter where i work for? I kept saying because your company has called me SO many times constantly that i deserve to know. she hung  up and said she wont call again, 10 minutes later i received another call. i didnt answer.

I started receiving these calls yesterday. I decided to look up the number on the internet to see if I could figure out who they are and why they are calling. We are on scam alert because of the hurricanes over the past few years, so I refuse to do any business over the phone if I did not initiate the call.  So these folks are out of luck. I didn't respond, but followed advise given for this type of thing and immediately filed complaints with the BBB,State AG and FTC.   I have no clue because the messages don't say who they are trying to reach, but I am not going to try to find out.  I will let the three agencies do that and hopefully lock them up if they are scamming.

Family members have been receiving calls regarding my name that's suppossedly tied to an uncollected debt. How that got information on family members which happen to be ex-family members is beyond me. And the fact that I have NEVER once been contacted directly by these people

ive jsut been recieving these phone calls.They call at 4am everyday but obvisluoly i dont answer since im sleeping.They leave a vm in a heavy accent saying to call them back that this is not a scam or telemarketer call.Im about to email them so i have proof in writing tellin them to stop calling me at 4 in the morning or i will take legal action since there not suppose to call that early.its ridcislous!

I've now recieved two calls from this number asking for a "kelly."  Since there is no one by that name at my cell number, I took a message and got a different call back number of 1-877-230-9773.  When asked what this pertained to, all I got was "A business matter we cannot discuss with anyone but kelly."  
Here's the kicker... I have an 'ear' for voices and the same man, Bangladeshi accent (I work at an ESL school), has used TWO DIFFERENT NAMES BOTH TIMES.  First he called himself "Richard Young" and the second time it was "David James." Too bad I can't block their *ss.

We've been receiving a number of these same calls with and they give a non-working 800-454-2227 as a call back number.

We warned this company to stop calling, but they continue.

This is in violation of Federal Law.

An attorney is working on this pro bono and will be filing a suit in Federal Court. This suit will probably be awarded class-action status.

if your # is registored with the national do not call list. You can file a complaint. They will be persecuted!...I have already filed a complaint. The more complaint filed, the bigger trouble they are in. The faster the government bust them.

They call all the time and harass me about a non-existent Fleet bank account, Fleet was taken over by B of A The account was transferred and became a B of A account, they still lie and say "You owe money", F*** no I don't, B of A apparently never paid fleet's accounts, or listed them as charge -offs, straight LIE.

As well, were there a debt, it's now barred by Statute of Limitations, and irrelevant now They lie and say it's NOT under Statute, and still due, F*** them,

The Financial Industry needs regulation, Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee.
