This number called today and didn't leave any message for 52 seconds. Analysis of the recording shows there may have been subliminal messaging in the background. We don't even have a freaking Sears account.

8007331116 that´s the phone number that is been annoying me for the last week. I have nothing to do with sears or city bank or city card or whatever they are. I already called them to ask them stop bugging me and they only want "some more information" about me to be able to help me out... there is no way I am giving them any more information.

Somehow they got hold of my land line and mobile numbers.  They left one message saying it wasn't a sales call, but never bothered on any other calls. I don't even have a credit card. Fools! Devolution is real.

Citibank owns and operates the Sears mastercard accounts, as well as the Choice, Home Depot, and many more cards.

My husband had a Sears card with me as an authorized user.  They called me today, when I answered I tried to key in the #1 for a response.  The automated call attendant kept talking as if I never pressed a digit on my phone.  The message was that it was not a marketing call.  I finally got through to them.  I asked them how could I close this account.   She then said that the account has a zero balance and is closed.  I then asked "then why did I get this call?"  I said that according to my Equifax Credit report pulled on 5/7/2012 it showed the account as being open and that I needed Sears to convey that information to the three credit reporting agencieds.   She transferred me to another person.  Same conversation.  I told her that soon after my husband died in July of 2006 I contacted all of his creditors to close any accounts that he had in his name.  Sears wanted a copy of his Death Certificate.  I said to myself to heck with that.  At that time the State of Ohio charged $20.00 for a copy and times were tough with an unexpected death until I could get everything sorted out.  But all bills were paid off and on time.  When I pushed the issue that Sears is the one who had to report to the credit agencies because they don't take the word of a consumer they suggested that they could send a letter to the credit agencies removing me as an authorized user.  They wanted my social security number to do this.  SMELLING FISHIER AND FISHIER!  I told them that I didn't know who they REALLY WERE and I will be reporting the entire incident to the Ohio Attorney General's Office and ended the conversation.

After returning a call to this number, they asked for a credit card number to verify info.  Please, to anyone out there... never give out a card number over the phone!  Don't answer the phone if this caller shows up on your caller ID.  Don't even give them a chance to swindle you.

I have been called 3 times today.  I called the company back and was told there was no payment due.  Now they call me back and say I owe $150.  This companies collection system is nothing but harrassement     today they called me at   3:49, 3:59, and 4:13.

Okay. I got them calling me all the sudden. I think the previous owner of this phone filed bankruptcy of something. But I have had this phone since March 2011. Still I get PTA called, credit card calls, and all of the sudden these guys today like 30 times. I have a feature on my phone that will pick up and hang up unwanted calls. I have now called them today 3 time, but must take time to remove it.

that is a legit number. i have talked to them before ....citibank  runs the sears mastercard.....

I have TeleBlend VOIP and blocked this number months ago.  Log shows them calling every 10 minutes for the last two hours.  Log doesn't  go further back. Sucks for them :-)

they will sue them if they don't stop calling you. Its free. save calls on caller ID or phone bills for them.
I did and get 500.00 and they stopped calling too! you all have a great day!

Received a telephone call from the above number and no one answed just held the line for
a while then hung up.  This is very annoying and uncalled for.

hey I called sears citi bank and this IS NOT their #, never has been........don't call it.

I own a sears credit card and my payment was due on the 6th I forgot to pay it this one time and have had this card since 2007. I paid the payment a few days later and this number is still calling me 5-7 times a day. I'm getting really annoyed.

called 3 times sunday,,,no one answered when i picked up.... calls very often,,,i have a no call sales number,,,,,,and they call often,,,gggrrr....

I get calls from this number several times a day. The kickers are 1) my account is current and 2) they called me today about my sears card WHILE i wa s on the phone with a Sears CSR!
due to id theft in the past though I am a little concerned. I think I will call them tomorrow and make sure what is what.
But still-hey you have a problem with your sears account-while you are talking to Sears.

call 7 days a week  atleast 12 hours a day  I have caller ID and will not answer. Also on do not call list and has not helped.  Have put in complaint to fed site.  They are looking for someone who does not live here.  WILL NOT ANSWER

Have asked them to be removed from their call list and they refuse...
