Calls minimum of 4 times a day - usually more.  Everyone should stop using Citibank or any company using their collection/financing!  What use is the Do Not Call list?  Unconsionable!

Keeps calling, when I tell them that the person they are wanting to talk to does not live here.

If you get a call and you don't have a Sears card/ account...answer it. It is Sears. (This number is on their website) If you don't have an account with them....tell them so and let them know whoever they called for isn't at your number.  If they hang up on you call back and when prompted for information from auto system just don't say or punch anything in....the auto system will eventually send you to a person. You can then tell them not to call your number anymore. below is my story.......

This number has been calling for about a month. Sometimes it leaves a message and sometimes not. Got tired of it so picked it up. Seems that some woman by the name of Jan or Jane Trim or Trime had given my number as hers. Owed $600.00 dollars. When I told the woman at Sears she had been given the wrong number she hung up on me.  So I called back and did not punch in any numbers. Eventually the automated system sent me to a person..... who I chewed out for all the calls and the rude co-worker that called me and hung up on me. She said she was going to remove my number from the caller. If she doesn't I'm registered with DoNot Call and I'll report them.

I kept on getting calls from this number, I have a Citi card but never a Sears card. Finally tonight, I got fed up and called the number back. Since I do not have an account, when the recording asked for my account number, i just hit # and it transferred me to a rep. When she asked me for my account number, I explained I've never had a Sears card and kept on getting phone calls from this number and that I wanted them to STOP! She asked me what my phone number was and put me on hold for maybe 15 seconds, came back and told me she took my number out of the system and I wouldn't get anymore calls from them. It felt a little bit too easy, so I guess we'll see now.

They call and leave no message, they hang up to the answering machine and when I answer to see if it is an automated dialer, and they hang up. I got 4 calls while I was awake in a 6 hr period. No message.This is harassment..

First I got a statement in the mail. Now I've been getting calls from "Toll Free Call" on my ID and this number. Then they sent me a new updated Sears credit card which I did not activate, of course. I had a card with them a couple of years ago for one of those "Pay no interest if paid by a certain date" but it was paid off. Now they are charging me a late fee. I'll have to block the number.

Trying to make me pay a bill that was already paid.  Truly a "scumbag" operation and, if these calls continue, I intend to file a "harrassment" suit against them.  I had a purchase with Sears...paid several payments up front with the first payment.  Citibank then harrassed for not making the second payment...paying no attention to the fact that I paid several months in advance.

stop calling 4-8xs a day 7days a week... very anoying!!!

I keep getting this call from 1 888 733 1116 saying I owe at sears.  Do not have a sears card and tried calling sear as well they hire people who do not have a very good education and can not understand  English please
be advised I'm not happy with them.

I have had several calls from this number.  Very annoying, several every day!!

Have rec'd a few calls now on v/m from this number saying it's not a sales call, and that I should call them at 1-800-773-1116, and that it's in regards to my "Citibank Sears Card." I don't have a Sears card.

This sounds like a scam.

This number has been calling 7days a week 12 hours a day for months now.  I called number on my Sears statement and they do not understand why I am being  bothered with calls.  zero balance on card and no past due.?????   Have reported them to goverment site.

I keep getting calls from this number 1-800-733-1116. They call my cell phone and now they are calling my mother and I want to know why.

they called my cell phone didnt answer. guess its Sears, dont have an account how they can get cell numbers idk! unreal

They will not stop calling every morning and every night so now I am filing a police report, this makes no sense to keep calling if no one answers and at night after work, I don't answer and when my sister answers she tells them stop calling!! On my way to the police station to file a report!!

I've missed one payment and they cut my credit off two years ago. They're bugging me to death and I plan on paying when my customers get off their duff's and pay me for their leases and annual maintenance.
They think the economy is just "peachy".  They've ruined my credit even though this is thre first payment I've missed, so why give the SOB's more money?  Why don't they just call Barack and get a portion of the taxpayer money he waste on campaigning, touring around the world, and playing 18 holes of golf twice a week?  Of coarse one fraction of the fuel he puts in AF One and Two would pay all my debt.  The debt is Obama's fault, not mine or yours......

They somehow accessed my cell #. I work shift work and unplug my land line when I go to bed. I know to silence my cell. After the 1st 2 calls on my cell, I punched "call block" for this #, have had no problems since! You can use the tech, too, if you know how!!

I'm tired of people like you that judge people because a person might not be able to pay their bills. You must have lived a cushion life and never faced hardship. I have been paying my bills for 25 years without hardship. The past few years has changed my life drastically with two liver surgeries and a business failing we had to make decisions on what bills were more important to pay. The credit card companies have been paid well with the interest charges over the years. I do not feel that I am pathetic because I choose to keep a roof over my children's heads and food on the table.
