it's a computer calling so you need to talk to someone or it will never stop

i get 3-5 calls in the morning and 4 calls in the evening from these ppl. i called back, when it asked for info i put #### and it said i owed 63 dollars, and now since i was late i owed 135. then told me i should make a payment over the phone.

Same here calls 8:AM on a Sat WTF and no message and call again at 9:Am

This number calls me at least 4 times a day. I told them NOT to call me, that I would correspond with them by mail, and verified my address. The foreign person apologized, said they would not call anymore. They continue to call 4 or 5 times a day, don't leave a message. I am going to write them a DO NOT CALL letter now. These people are [***]!!!

Just block the number. My phone has a number block in it. Plus, I have a call blocking service with my phone company. I got tired of calls for someone else that had the number before us and this was one of them.

Sears cuts your line of credit, raises your APR, then closes your account while you are still CURRENT!!

This number keep calling my house and they are callling every 10 minutes and then they hang up in my husband face.

Get called every day several times a day. Have told them persons that they are asking for do not live here and to please stop calling !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call no voicemail on Sunday.  Call just now with a voicemail "please call us concerning your consumer account".  BS.

Sears Master Card uses two different banks Citi Bank is one and HSBC is another.  When applying Citi Bank is the first bank and if denied the application defaults to HSBC.

This company calls me from 8 am until 9 am at night. I haved begged them to stop calling for my husband who I have separated from 10 mos. ago. They said they wouldn't call anymore, but they continue to call. How can I get them to stop?

Citigroup bought Sears Credit Card Services years back and now does all collecting on behalf of Sears.

If you have one, give them an updated phone number, or ask to speak to a supervisor and explain.

1/8/11 every 30 min this number would call me. this called harassment and also the federal trade comission is getting notifyed

call the federal trade comission.and if you want to if you do pick up the phone tell them they are being investigated by numerious people and that you will call the bbb and the attorney generals office if they dont drop youre number.no matter if you do owe them play stupid with them they are nothing less than vampires and gang violence.

I was getting not only calls but text messages from this number.  I called Sears Credit Cards customer service at 800-669-8488 (if you say "agent" a few times you will get through without entering an account number) and they confirmed that my phone number was attached to an account that was under someone else's name, and the rep said he would remove my number from the account.  3 minutes later, I got a call from the 1116 number again, but I answered this time, and told the woman that I just had my number removed from the account.  She asked, "today?" and I answered, "yes, literally less than five minutes ago."  She said, "OK," and hung up.

This is the filth scum who cannot get a real job so they call 15 to 20 times a days to harass me about a a Sears/Citibank account I do not and never have owned. Just shows these [***] can't read so it must be a auto dialer calling out.  They ask the same dumb questions and no matter how much I explain I don't have an account with sucko sears or creepy citibank these [***] keep calling.  I am filing a complaint against these scum via the FTC today.
