- lisathey call several times a week and ask for different names, nobody I ever heard of. I called them back and asked them to stop calling me as they have the wrong number. They just said ok and hung up, he did not even ask what my number is so how does he know not to call anymore? Why are these people allowed to operate and what do they want? We owe nobody any money, the persons asked for are unknown to us, just stop these invasive calls!

- woodsI repeatedly get calls from this number and when I answser, there is a recording asking for someone else regarding a business matter. I AM NOT THIS PERSON, SO PLEASE QUIT CALLING!!
- annif this is diversified consultants as some have said, than they not only call me from this number but several others, even 3 local numbers now 713-997-8023, 713-997-8036, 713-997-8472. they call my cell phone all the time and at all hours, they never leave a message. someone mentioned it could be linked to cell phones and tmobile, which i used to recieve calls about a long time ago asking for some other person, perhaps the previous owner, but i already had that number for like 10yrs by then. i actually don't remember if i ever sorted that out or not, but now that i'm seeing these two issues could be one in the same, i'm probably going to contact tmobile and/or report diversified consultants inc as well
- M.S.| 1 replyTotal Scam! I am not a perfect person, i have had accounts in collections before but i have paid them all. I also just recently bought a house a few weeks ago so i know exactly what i owe to everyone and everything on my credit report. I have had the same account through tmobile for 13 years. I also opened up a tmobile account for my recent ex husband YEARS ago that has always, always been paid. In january we switched names on the account when we got divorced. To switch names, the account had to be paid up to date, which it was. And i just signed onto his account online and it is paid up to date! They are saying his account it is almost $200 past due from January. Demanded written proof because i can show them proof that they are full of crap. The information of the "account" they have too is a combination of both of our new address information which we have never shared together because we have been seperated over a year.
I bet these people posting "they are a legit company", "pay your bills" are their employees trying to "even" the playing field to make them not look like total losers.- Caller: DCI

- Mike replies to PeniPlease stop making false reports. What do you mean you were told you had a hot check?
- Mike replies to M.S.Obtain a copy of your invoices and review them. You are right that you have to be up to date to make that type of change but keep in mind that you were most likely already into your next billing cycle when you made that payment. They will not generate your final bill on the spot, it will still come out on your normal bill date and bill you up to the date the account was switched to the other person. For example, if your bills normally come out on the10th of each month and you decide to cancel on August 25th, your last bill on file would be dated August 10th with a billing cycle of July 10th - August 9th. You are technically up to date at that point but you have service from August 10th through August 25th that hasn't been billed for yet. Your final bill would be dated Sept 10th and billing you up to Aug 25th. You will also be billed for any applicable termination fees if the account was under contract. Your contract cancels and the other person starts on their own new 2 year contract. I hope this make sense. Many consumers with great credit end up in collections because the billing cycles can be confusing. If you honestly feel the bill is wrong, you should submit a dispute explaining why you don't owe it. Leaving it unattended could make your situation worse. Whether it is right or wrong, give yourself a fair opportunity to resolve the issue. I'm a manager there and I would love the opportunity to shed more light on your situation or help you dispute the bill if it is deemed invalid. My direct number is 1-888-982-7049. Thank you.
- BooBooI've been getting calls from these idiots for about a year for someone else's debt. They used to leave messages leaving the real debtor's name until I reported them to the DNC/FCC. Now they're still calling but at least not leaving the real debtor's name.
They usually show up on caller ID as a local number. Today they actually spoofed a local number with a REAL local name. They left a message saying they were debt collectors, and gave this number to call them back.- Caller: Diversified Consultants Inc

- dbhCall, ask their name, their social security #, their home address, their credit card #s.
- dbhThese are probably cyber-criminals trying to steal your money and/or identity. Call, do not say a word, again, again, if they seem to get bored play them some music they have a hard life.
- dbhCall them, do not say a word,.play them some soothing music. Do not ever-ever do business over the phone w/ unsolicited strangers. put these people in jail and/or into bankruptcy.
- dci scamie replies to bill collectorHey mr Bill Collector. DCI is so deep into fraudulent tactics. And false claims. The claimed starting in late September they were collecting for an old cc. (Which had a closed balance of $692.) When they called the first time. They doubled the bill to $1384. I asked for verification of the debt. I have yet to receive it. Instead I continue to get calls from them. The last time I actually spoke to someone. Was in early December. And this bill is now at $2100. Tell us again how this is a strickly legitimate organization?
- KayI told him like I always told my kids when they got lippy with me "You wanna see who can be meaner and badder in this situation then bring it on. I guarantee I'm gonna win." Bunch of a**wipes.
- Switch2152I use Mr Number app to hang up on them. They can call as much as they want.
- DonnaI have received about 20 calls from this number to my cell phone in the last couple of months. I never answer them, and they never leave a message.
- AnthonyThis 800 number is a new number they have been calling me from for the last few weeks it was a 619 number. They said I have a T-mobile bill in debt collection. I switched from T-mobile last year in December because of the bad reception in my new area and I was waived of the early termination fee because they are very understanding of the military. I paid my last bill with T-mobile and never received another bill but yet I owe for a billing cycle after I closed my account that I didn't get a bill for?!?! My billing cycle was on the 20th, so on or before November 20th I paid my bill and then when I dropped them on December 4th I paid my balance. Where is this debt coming from. Matter of a fact I am going to call AT&T right now.
