They called my parents house at 8:00 am .  They asked if we knew a person or someone who is a relative to the person.  When we said we didn't know who they were asking for they let it go, but when I inquired as to who they were they wouldn't say nothing. They avoided and said they were switchboard for several companys.  They were very breif and rude about answering anything.

This number is from the same place I'm receiving calls from-800-829-7750. They call me numerous times a week at work over a hospital bill that never should have been turned over to them. I agreed to make $50 monthly payments to them, which I've done, but now they're calling wanting my checking accounting information so they can start deducting what they call "secure" payments from my account. I refused to give them my account info but told them I'd continue to make the monthly payments and they've threatened to turn me over for further actions!! They have no ground's to do so-they're an annoying group of people and their practices are horrific.

I have a debt with a student loan, I called these people to try and work out something, I requested that they send me the information. They told me that they did not have my address, or phone number, but they did contact my employer.
They hung up on me 3 times, and would not answer any of my questions. Is there a way to report these people for their actions?

wow, I just started getting calls from this number--it started about an hour and a half ago.  I bet I've gotten 8-10 calls.  No crap, I got another one while I was typing this!  I don't owe anyone any money--I have not answered the calls because I didn't recognize the number.  WTF?

Got the same thing, them calling several times in a span of a few minutes. I did answer the phone, as I do know that I have a lot of debt and I am trying to get out of it.

Found out it was an old school debt. They were very nice about it, but that may be because I was agreeing to pay.

If you decide to answer calls from this company, start by saying, "This call is being recorded." They aren't going to want to have their rudeness recorded for evidence in a law suit.  Keep in mind though, if you do decide to actually record the phone call, check your state laws first. From what I've read above, I doubt that this is a legitiment collection agency.

OK..so this little prick from the same number your talking about called my fathers house 6 times from 5am till 9am (hes 85)  I show up and take the call, turns out they got his number trying to get in touch w/my wife in regards to her sister.  He was very rude...but i'm far ruder, and louder and a "Wicked obnoxious" Boston guy.  In the interest of having some fun i DID give up my sisters cell number (shes a deadbeat) lol.   PAUL FLETCHER is the [***] that I spoke with today.  I did inform him that I had the time, means and where-with-all to pay him a visit should he contact my family again..especially my dad.  Anyone have a verifyable address for these people/agency?
Its your phone, your house...dont take ANY crap from anyone that calls you!  Use these people as your opportunity to VENT!  Say whatever you like..alla dirty words your mom (and mine) would wash our mouths out with soap for..go to town!  Then hang up...and call him back again....and again...and again....but you'll have to get in between my calls...;-)  Have a great day!

They have absolutly no phone manners, they look a name through a program and call you no matter if you the right person or not. Do not call these people back unless the leave a message. In addition to that, if you pick up and they don't greet you and say who they are...don't even talk to them, just hang up!

they called me 5 times within 10 minutes, and they called my family too and harrassed the hell out of them. Then I had 3 of my family members call within a couple minutes, which never happens, I thought someone died. They said it's for a student loan, but I went to college on the GI bill, and am a disabled veteran. WHAT THE HELL DO WE HAVE TO DO TO SHUT THESE PRICKS DOWN?

These people have followed me from phone number to phone number looking for some guy named Justin Gates.  He's NEVER lived at any of my residences and I don't even know who he is!  Word of advice...  If you move and have to have a new phone number, don't leave your NEW number as a recording on your old phone number.  That's how they were able to follow me.

They call at least 10 times a day! They even called on Thanksgiving abd Christmas days!
They are a colletor for student loans.
I'm disabled and the lender refuses to accept that fact. They are already taking 15% of my SSD check starting in March but they still keep calling!
The lady calling now is extremely rude and asked me if I was a deadbeat!
She is a Miss Toni Simms. She just told my wife to have me call NOW! at 800-668-5715 ext. 5307. oops, there it goes again this time it is 800-829-7204 but left no message. The last call will come at 8:58pm I bet, just like clockwork!
Since an order to garnish my SSD check has been entered they should have no reason to call as far as I'm concerned!!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COLLECTION AGENCY!!!

My mom received a call from this place last night and let the answering machine get it.  It said to contact Frederick King ext 5320.  I have not lived there in over 10 years!!!

I also recently had my credit pulled for a home loan and saw this same 'bureau' had pulled my credit illegally and is trying to collect on debts that have already been paid or settled.

When I called the 800 number, the lady asked for my phone number.  I asked her what business this was.  She wouldn't tell me at first.  Then she asked why I wouldn't give her my number.  I told her that I thought this was a predatory collection agency and requested the name of her business.  If it was legit, then she should at least give me the name of her business.  She told me 'regional adjustment bureau', which rang a bell for the company that illegally checked my credit a month ago.  Then the [***] proceeded to tell me that I must not pay my bills and that "we'll find you and track you down".

Fortunately for me, I'd blocked the call before I dialed (*67) so she can't track me down.  Good luck! These guys have been reported to the Better Bussiness Bureau.  If you have trouble with them, report them to the Shelby County (Memphis) district attorney, who's now also running for TN Governor.  Do NOT deal with them.

Pull a comprehensive credit report on yourself.  Call the credit bureaus and have it flagged that you must be contacted by phone if someone wants your credit history. I did.  Deal with the original holders of the debt if you owe something.  Do it all in writing not phone.  By law, there's an 800 number on each debt you can contact to tract down the holder.  Never give out checking account numbers for automatic withdrawl; I had to close an account because a collection agency kept trying to ping my account after the debt was paid.
