called 8 times in one hr,when you answer the phone they hang up,i work 3rd shift and have sick ppl in the family so cuting the phone off is not something we can do

these people call every friday like clockwork...they never let the phone ring more than twice before hanging up. It is a student loan and I know it is, I asked them to send me a current statement. The lady on the line called me a stupid deadbeat and that they had already sent many before...and were not going to waste the time or resources to do so again. She then began berating me again and quickly hung up. Is it not the law if you request for a bill in writing that said business has to do this. I should not have to give them my address cuz they should still have it duh!!! they are the a..holes that are calling me. Very annoying, very presistent, I told them if they are a debt collector to get in line as there are many that still need paying as I am unemployed.

Why is this "Cynthia" calling my job?  I do not need anyone at work knowing any of my personal business ..  Is this illegal, when you tell them to not call you at your job any more.  My job gave us a bonus in December and now they want it back.  We have to pay them back over a twelve month person.  Debt collecttors don't care about how things like this.  They don't care at all.  So whoever this Cynthia is, how can I get her to stop calling my job.

Thirty-nine calls from this number in one day.  Time to pull out the whistle, as long as they're rude and stupid enough to actually be on the other end (instead of robocalling).

I owe no student loans, I'm an old fart. Whomever called today left a strange noise on voice mail that sounded like they were rubbing the phone mouthpiece over something. Time to haul out the whistle!

800-829-7204 has called me today, June 10th, 15 times today already.  It is now 8:15pm and I really hope they'll stop soon.  These people are nuts!

I have had good and bad experiances with this company....they do not understand I am in debt bc I have to feed my son.....Student loans come after the needed things in life.

i too have been getting these calls...about 10 or so a day. i haven't answered them. and, after reading everyone's comments..i don't think i will. i don't owe anyone a thing. i just want them to stop it.. it's harassing.

I left my cell on my desk while I was in a meeting at work. I returned to find this number had called me five times in less than thirty minutes without leaving any message. My first reaction was there must be some sort of emergency at home. So immediately I returned the call to see what the problem was. Whoever answered did so with an unprofessional hello. I stated my first and last name (which I now regret) and said I had several missed calls on my phone from this number. They paused and hung up with out stating any name or reason for there calls. I would like any information on these individuals so I can solve this matter.

This number has been calling us repeatedly for a week without leaving a message. My husband got sick of it and called them back tonight, and when the representative said the call would be recorded, my husband said, "No, it may not be recorded". Cue the rep hanging up on him. He called back and kept telling whoever answered that they did not have permission to record the call; then the reps started hanging up on him as soon as they saw our number on their caller ID. Finally a rep transferred him to a supervisor, who said our number was now blocked from their system and they wouldn't be calling back. We'll see if that's true, but in the meantime, it's worth a try for anyone else who's tired of these annoying people.

This number calls me MULTIPLE times a day. Can't find out who they are! I even tried a reverse look-up but the number isn't registered. I don't answer it. They never leave a message either!

Please report this company to your state attorney general and to the Tennessee attorney general. This can be done online. Simply enter Tennessee attorney general in google. Regional Adjustment Bureau has no regard for the law and they violate the Federal Credit Reporting Act on a routine basis and state fair credit laws. A criminal investigation needs to be commenced on them. If they call more than twice, make threats or call before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. then immediately contact a consumer lawyer and sue them, sue them, sue them. These poeple should be charged  and sued out of existence.

this number 800-829-7204 called me @8:52, 9:22, 9:39, 9:50, 10:14, 10:31, 10:41, 10:52, 11:09, 11:20, 11:31. I can't wait to print my phone bill out and take it to my attorney. Whatever they may be trying to sell is going to cost them.

I just reported this company to the FCC because I am on the 'do not call' list. Even if you are not, I suggest you report them as well due to their unsavory business tactics.

WAS CALLING TRYING TO CONTACT A HIGH SCHOOL FRIEND I KNEW YEARS AGO WHEN I ASKED HOW THEY GOT THIS NUMBER THE REPLYED THAT IT IS PRIVATE

call all day, letting the phone ring one time and then hang up, saying nothing.

I got a very rude person named Ann Smith that told me she is looking for a relative of mine.  When I asked her what she needed the info for she said it was a private matter.  She did say the company name is RAV.  What does it stand for:  Ravenous for Revenge

Called our medical business office this morning.  The woman placing the call was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude.  The individual who answered the call on our end asked who was calling, they would not identify themselves or what the call was in reference to.  The conversation deteriorated from there.  I, as a representative for the doctor, called the number back and received the same treatment.  We have asked this organization the STOP CALLING OUR OFFICE in the past.  They are the true symbols for unprofessionlism in the workplace.
