took money out of account without authorization

a got charge for 38.88 they said i'm not gonna get my money back.

Call number 800-778-9583. I had three charges of 38.88 on my account, they refunded the money. I also contacted the bank. HHG Access is an adult website billing company. I just got off the phone with them. They also gave me the name and e-mail of the person who accessed my account. Good Luck

They just took out 39.19  twise on my account.   anyone find out about this company yet?

I've just been charged this as well...and I'm not even in the US...works out as $47.04 for me though!

This number and this charge is fradulent.  They have been hitting me up a lot lately on my visa card.

was charged $38.88 twice and these were not authorized charges. HHG Access showed on the charge with a phone number 1-800-881-8084, which is disconnected. The correct number to call and get a refund is 1-800-778-9583.  Cancel your debit card first, because they will need the credit card number to issue a refund; this way, they cannot charge to it.  You will have to call the bank and give them the refund numbers that are given to you, so they can apply the refund to your account, since the original debit/charge card is closed.

ok, true story.  I subscribed to a porn site. I"m not gonna lie.  But it was a trial period of $1 for Three days.  I called customer service and cancelled it. The lady said it was CANCELLED.  but I got charged about a week later for $38.88 TWICE (that's $77.76 total).  two seperate charges for this amount.  I called 1-800-881-8084 and of course it was disconnected.  but I called 800-778-9583 and spoke to Martin employee id # 1825.  Martin stated he was in Florida, but wouldn't say which city. People, we are all victims.  Please report this HORRIBLE company to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  the more people that report this company...the BETTER!!!

Oh, and when I called 800-778-9583 I got a FULL REFUND of the $77.76 that was charged to my debit card.  I was charged $38.88 X2.

Just noticed three pending transactions on my checking account that I'm not aware of.. Same thing, called bank, gave me the (bogus 1-800 phone #), so I have cancelled my card.

I was charged $39.95 from my bank account. i use Wells fargo and theu froze my account over Labor Day Weekend. i should get it back, but I want justice!

Also got hit this weekend - $38.88
not a real phone number. They of course took money out of my account.  I have cancelled debit card and disputed charge.

Chase called me on Saturday to tell me I had a suspicious transaction on my debit card. They actually froze the account because it had a fraud alert on it because I already had unauthorized charges this summer on the previous card. So when I spoke with them at length today they said it was HHG Access and I googled it and found this site. They attempted to charge $38.88.

took money from my account.  I ordered nothing!

Fckin' Scammers...I can't believe this [***] still goes on. Number you guys supplied got it taked care of...Thanks guys!!!
