then (22nd sep 09) there was the HHG Access (#800-881-8084 ) charging me

my credit card is blocked my bank will get the money back and report them to the Federal German Police which might call your FBI or so-

SO PLEASE IF POSSIBLE ( I dont know the Law in The US ) REPORT THESE INCEDENTS
TO YOUR LAWYER OR YOUR POLICE

this forum and your expiriences will be provement enough for our cops that something is going on
    This is strongly illegal !!

I just found out I didn't was charged $38.88 three times on 9/9/09. I called the alternate number people recommend online and they cancels the three porn accounts.  They gave me the name of the person opening the accounts and email address he used and the adult website he opened accounts on. I've reported this to the authorites and they advised me that they should be able to locate him.  Hope so.

I had money taken from two accounts. I have my bank statement right here. I am fearful of giving more information on line...they may tap into my phone usage for all I know. This is an "International Transaction fee". Likelyhood over sea...tapping in.
Pharmaceutical companies easy way to rob as people can take most personal info. and run with it.

Got a full refund on 800-778-9583... but not before they try to embarass you into backing off (I have no shame... this just peed me off... I like my alone time thank you very much!).. then try to state you agreed to it due to a check box on the web page.  I also got a charge from another company and when I was on the phone he tried to talk to me keeping the subscription and it's 50 sister websites!!!  Cheeky git... obviously they are in Bangalore not Florida and I didn't go mad at the guy as what a crappy crappy job to have!

Deano you legend hilarious, they tried to frak me out as well, I just laughed and told the guy to 'Sush Boy' I know what I signed up for.

The culprits are allelitepass.com - demand your money back there is something definately fishy going on here, I've reported it to the fraud squad!

Grayo 0018007789583 from uk.  I would strongly advise using SKYPE as its a free phone number in the UK thus free via skype.  If not skype there are plenty of Dialer services out there that give cheap calls the the states, just google cheap calls to usa.

I used this number (1-800-778-9583) to cancel charges on my account that were from BSBD Online. I couldn't find anything about BSBD Online anywhere on the web. So I tried the number above and got my account/membership cancelled.  I guess HHG isn't their only alias.  If you get charges from BSBD Online use the 800 number above.

They charged me $.58 and then two charges of $38.88 on my card on the same day.  This is not cool.  Tried calling the number and it doesn't work.  What is HHG access?

My husband got several charges from this HHG deal. Every month it would be at least two charges of 38.88. One month there were 6 charges from them and he called and they said it was some teeth whitening product. But neither of us have ordered anything like that. He also had a problem with someone hacking into his emails and stuff...trying to purchase money orders with his card number so his bank put a hold on the card. And now because all of the random charges they had to cancel his card but there is nothing they can do to refund the money. Its a bunch of [***] really. Sorry [***].

I did find this on the web: http://www.reuters.com/article/businessNews/idUSTRE57G4GC20090817

130 million credit card numbers stolen, and the story was posted in Aug of 2009. All these posts were made in Sept of 09, doesn't sound like a coincidence to me. Places hacked: Heartland Payment Systems and retail chains 7-Eleven Inc and Hannaford Brothers Co. According to Heartland's website, "Heartland Payment Systems® processes all payments — from credit / debit / prepaid cards to online transactions, checks, payroll and more — efficiently, cost-effectively and with your (business's) best interests at heart." So anyone who used these guys to process transactions for their business could have been compromised.

My advice to anyone who had this happen to them, knows someone who this happened to, or is just looking at this site: check your credit/debit card activity regularly for a while. Anything suspicious call your bank or credit card company, cancel the card immediately and report the fraud. Don't bother messing with calling the 800 number. Even if you get someone who says they'll refund your transaction (and they might). There's nothing stopping them from just using your info a year down the road and hoping that you don't notice the charge that time around.
