HHG Access put thru a charge of 38 plus dollars twice, but I was lucky because Wells Fargo's Fraud line called me to see if this was an authorized charge. I said no and asked what allerted them to inquire about this charge. They said that they had alot of complaints about that company. I had to cancel my card, but I feel fortunate that I didn't lose any money

They billed me 6 times in one day at 38.88 each. I have had to cancel my card. I called the number on my statement and of course it wasnt a working #. Thank you for posting the # you found. They are located in Tampa Florida. They are a 3rd party that handles billing for websites. They can give you name, email address and IP address for each person that used your card.Plus they can give you the websites that were visited and they promise to work with ant police departments that contact them. Upon completion of this post I will be emailing these kids to scold them, then I will be reporting them to the Seattle and Tampa PDs. I a so sick of this happening. I will dedicate the next few weeks of my life to crushing them!! This means WAR!!! I will be getting my refund in 7-10 banking days. grrrr.

I was charged three different charges. Two for $38.88 and one for $38.86 plus was charged $1.00 from this HHG access. I did not authorize this transaction and when I tried the # it shows, It says it's disconnected.
These charges also caused my account to bounce all three charges.

the number was changed,or is not in service but changed to 1-800-614-7159. the web-site to go to to cancel membership is www.allnetworkpass.com .It IS PORN!!!! iF YOU SIGNED UP FOR A SITE AND THEN CHOSE TO UPGRADE,THEY CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL MONEY-EVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP,YOU STILL HAVE TO GO TO THIS SITE TO CANCEL YOUR UPGRADE.  if you're like me,the information was not given to me because I never signed up for any porn site,I had to call, give my card number, cancel the account and request a refund because my bank is in the process of a charge back...
This is a result of adware,spyware,whatever-it's annoying and at 38.88 a pop, rediculous even for those who like porn.
So,mystery solved, give 'em a call, maybe when they issue enough refunds ,it'll throw up a flag and get their [***] in a bind like it should.good luck!!!

My husband had the same charges of $38.88 billed to him three times by HHG Access with the number 1-800-881-8084 listed on the statement.  That number obviously doesn't work.  The correct number is 1-800-778-9583.  I called that number and they did in fact state that they are HHG Access which is a customer service center for online businessess.  The lady told me that it was for an adult website.

just called my bank to initiate the chargeback 38.88, and they tell me those impudent [***] already added another charge of 38.88. wtf? of course i don't mind doing the whole chargeback-new card issue-thing. [***] sit in cyprus is what the bank tells me, no chance they will feel any consequences for that - except the chargeback fee

If you got a charge from HHG access more than likely it is because you went to an adult website, thinking it was free. That is what happened to my son. He had his account hit for $200.00 in two days. I called him at school to see what was going on. This is probably the one time he was glad mom looked at his account online. He told me that he went to a site that was"free" but he had to give a credit card number and that the charge was $1 and it would be refunded. What a scam! ( I told him to buy a magazine, it was cheaper) We cancelled that card and managed to get most of the charges back, except from HHG access. Life lesson learned.....nothing is free, and don't use your check card for online purchases.
