you definetly need to call the 1800-778-9583, and tell them you want to cancel whatever service they say you have, just did it, and it worked!!

yes it did! just call these guys give em the card number it was charged to or your email addy and they will cancel the service

hi people.same nasty problem.got through from australia by calling 00111 800 778 9583. have money getting returned to me,but got them to block my card from any of HHGACCESS SITES AS THE SNEAKY [***] CAN STILL USE YOUR CARD NO DOWN THE TRACK, because everything is so dodgy. am cancelling my acc to be safe.dont care if theyre ajoining companies ,r what i want 2 use in the future.ill just get another email acc.to risky. dodgy [***]. good luk

Je viens de constater que 2x 38.88 $ ont été tirés sur ma carte, sans raison et autorisation... des personnes parlant français peuvent-elles m'aider ? Quoi faire ?

OK, anyone put this all together?  So far I have found: 1 from Germany, 2 from Australia, 3 from UK, the rest in the states.  HHG has been reported to be in Tampa, Fl, or Malaysia.  They have been reported to Tampa Police,other US city police, FBI, FTC, German Police, UK police, various state & federal prosecutors.  One man said he talked to 'John' on the phone. His cell number lists 'John' in Missouri. They get the card numbers from: web sites, chat rooms, web lists, spy ware.  They have been reported to at least 30 banks worldwide.  They are reported on 4 complaint sites. Many have gotten money back, been placed on 'black' or 'scrub' lists; charges keep coming!

SO IF ALL THESE PEOPLE HAVE ALL THIS INFORMATION, WHY ARE THEY STILL ABLE TO CHARGE OUR ACCOUNTS ~ WHAT'S UP?  

Is this group soooo big they can't be brought down, or is something protecting them?   International laws or not, there are international police! GET THIS THING SOLVED! It has been going on for 3 months, SOME COP SOMEWHERE GET THESE PEOPLE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!

Same thing happened to me called the #1-877-233-8527  HHG   James was who I talked to (foreign)  charges were $40.27   porn site  user was Jack Comer (joegarrett17@hotmail.com)   HACKER  BEWARE

my card was charged in 8-31-09
