- SharlaHappened to me too!! Took 38.88 off my prepaid Walmart card. I added money to my card and before i could pay the bill that the money was intended for - zap! my money was gone to this bogus comapny called HHG access - thank you to who posted the correct number. The walmart customer service people couldnt/wouldnt do anything about it. Now I get to wait for 2 weeks to "see" if the money goes back on my card - which i will never ever use again!! Cant SOMETHING! be done to stop this??!!
- Caller: I never got a call just $ off card!
- matt800-881-8084 showed up on my bank statement taking out $38.88. calling the bank tomorrow. we gotta fix this.
- mattthe number given by folks above to get the refund is legit. i just got off the phone with Emily from customer service who said i should be getting a refund in the next couple of business days.
- DGLI am having the same problem as others on my Bank of America. Two charges one for 29.97 and the other for 38.88. I will call Bank of American on Wednesday am.
I am so mad!!!- Caller: says HHG Acces on my bank act online
- Nickcredit card just got charged $46.29 with HHG access and 80088180 as a number but did not authorise, who are these thieving [***], will be calling my bank.
- JustinI called the 800 number and they told me they would refund the money. Definitely canceling by debit card tomorrow though. This is the second time this has happened to me, I don't think it was the same company though. They tried to just cancel it and offer me a subscription to another set of adult websites for free instead of a refund.
- ShawnGot the charge of $39.27 on my debit card my bank's fraud department caught it and blocked the transaction but it went thru anyways. I already cancelled that card and called the number above but they want the card number that was charged, now I have to call my bank and see if they can recall that card number so I can get my money back. Those [***] are gonna pay one of these days
- Rasmus PoulsenI was also charged 38,88 by hhg access. but i was also charged 38,88 from bb online (800-614-7159). both appears to be from cyprus.

- RobertAs others have stated - I, too, got a $38.88 charge on my bank account listing "HHG ACCESS" and the phone number 800-881-8084 - the phone number is disconnected. I found no reason for this charge in any of my own, personal records. I did some searching on the internet for "HHG ACCESS" and found THIS site and one other (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-800-881-8084).
So, finally, I called my bank's fraud department and reported it. Canceled out the card & issued a new one, plus filed to get the money back.- Caller: HHG ACCESS
- designerchuI have these charges on my account and then when I called to verify the charges - This number is not a valid number...What do I do inorder to verify the charges and cancell whatever they are chargeing me?
- Caller: HHG ACCESS
- JVwhat is that number
- Christine in Memphis, tnHoly crap! I just randomly looked at my account and found this charge!! I can not believe this and so many people something needs to be done! I cancelled my card hope they can still refun my money!!!
- ChrisI called the the original number and its been disconnected, but I called 800-614-7159 from which the bank gave me and talked to Shawn about the transaction, she issued me a refund of 38.88 twice, and it'll be put back into my bank within 7-10 day, plus I will be placed on a 'scrub' database(a database that has peoples names and it wont allow they to access porn sites), the funny thing is, is that this happened last month on a charge of 117.00 and she told me the same thing. So im gunna cancel the credit card, and have the bank reissue me a new one and see what happens. Whats funny, Im on dial up service and I signed up for a streaming video service, go figure, I couldnt even use it, nor would I This is crap.
- Elizabeth JordanMoney was just taken from bank account. It shows that it was HHG Access with phone # 800-881-8084. When I call it the phone is out of service. This makes the second month and my bank says cant help.
- Caller: HHG Access
- important informationhere is ppl tryin to scam ppl beware this is a scam there are people in chat rooms giving out ppls information and give out other chat rooms sites and tell ppl to join with a different chat room and use there credit card information. one of these chat rooms is www.chat-avenue.com. trying to get kids to use credit cards for sites.
- Anonymcall 800 778 9583 they will try to tell you they can not do anything about it, ask to talk to their manager because you want to know who should be held accountable for these transactions under a disconnected 800# they will give you a refund and just stick to your guns it worked for me,good luck and don't back down.
- eugyypiusJust to clarify:
There are two groups of people posting in this thread.
1) People whose cards or card numbers have been stolen, and who have been subscribed to one of the adult sites whose payments are managed by HHG Access.
2) People who subscribed to some adult site managed by HHG Access (most of whom likely have no idea that this site was affiliated with the HHG people). These people probably canceled their subscriptions, but the website took no notice, overbilled, kept charging, etc.
People in group 1) need to cancel their cards, dispute the charges, sign a few forms, and collect the refund. People in group 2) need only call HHG Access at their working number (800-778-9583) and tell them the transactions were NOT AUTHORIZED. Whatever else they say, keep repeating those words, and keep demanding a refund. They may try to tell you that they can only cancel your subscription, but demand that they give you a refund too. They may threaten to enroll you in a 'scrub database'--tell them to sign you up posthaste and give you the refund too. And so on and so forth.
That is all. - Matt SmithThis company contacted me as well along with one that showed up as paysyncshp.com. They were two different companies that had charged me. I told them I had nothing to do with whatever website they are referencing. They apologized and canceled my account. I asked about a refund and they asked what I meant and I told them I wanted my money back- that I didn't want their services and did not want them ever and they had no reason to charge my account. They both agreed without any argument and only noted that my name would be added to a "scrubs list" and I wouldn't be allowed to purchase any "adult websites" through their company WHICH WAS HILARIOUS as I didn't in the first place and had no plans of ever doing so. Either way, they said my money would be refunded within a week and so now it's just a waiting game to see what happens. Hope this helps!
- Jaythey 38.88 out of my account which i needed and i hope they get caught and ordered to pay back the money they stole from all of us, im not to happy they deserve a cold long stay in a 4*4 cell somewhere.
