Wow!  So these calls (and complaints) have been going on since 2007... Guess, it's time the Prez of this company gets a taste of our predicament.

I get these calls from this number and I don't know any "NCO" collection agency. No messages left, they just call this "unlisted" private number. I want them stopped. Harassing are against the law, are they not?

These people annoy and harrass any time of day or night even several times in a row. It is a recording and no way to stop it. I would like to harrass and annoy them like they do us.They ask for people you have no idea who they are. But they keep on calling. Why can't someone stop this practice - make them find the person they are looking for and stop calling everyone else. You can't understand when they do talk and you can't call them back . I can't get the number  blocked seems they have more rights then then other people.

I was told this number belongs to Penn Credit by all the the cmplaints on line but only the phone number shows up on the caller ID no name of course. But there are so many complaints about the practice of this company I can' figure out why something can't be done . IT IS HARRASEMENT !!!!  Plain and Simple.  I'm sure if tables were turned something would be done.

I got a call today, asking for Julie Burch
in my case i know who they are talking about because i have been receiving mail addressed to Julie Burch every since i moved to this address 2 years ago.
from the addresses on the mail, she obviousely owes a lot of money to a lot of credit card companies and when she moved (big surprise)  she didn't leave a forwarding address.
question is, how did they get MY phone number which was newly activated when i moved in through time warner cable?
I've given it a lot of thought and i think i've figured it out.
since my address is the last know address for this woman, the credit collection agencies must have searched for any phone numbers connected to this address.

so, because some dead beat owes money and didn't change her address when she moved, I get to be hounded and harassed by collection agencies.

I wonder if i can sue Julie Burch for emotional trauma from this?

This company calls my mother's house and leaves an automated message that says " you'll have to call back if you want to know what this call is about " so that's what i'm gonna do from my home and find out and rip somebody a new one . This crap is one of the lowest forms of communication any crappy business could pull off . Apparently Penn Credit is NOT a reputable company .

I am so fed up with computer calls from politicians and collection agencies. If these collection agencies would do their homework before calling everybody in the phone book with the same name, it would save them time and save me the frustration of their continuous calls. When I answered this call, I got the same computer voice that someone else mentioned on this page telling me to push 1 if I'm the name of the person they're looking for, etc. I knew then it was probably a debt collecting service. I don't owe, so I know they aren't looking for me, but I am beyond fed up with these calls from multiple agencies calling several times a week.

Obviously, being on the national do not call registry is a joke because I still get these types of calls, and politicians made sure they were exempt along with people raising money. And you can't get rid of these calls either by talking to them. They are rude. All you've done is let them know they can keep calling because someone by your name lives at that number.
