Said they were with Microsoft to fix effected computer

Received call on cell; no one on other end.

Don't know who it is, because I never answer but the caller ID says it's from ''Plant Test, VT"... but when I called it back like I usually do with telemarkerters, it gave me a cell phone from my local area code, 513. Hate these kids of people!

They call all the time!  I never answer, because, obviously "Test Code, VT"?  Really?  Who would answer a call from that location?

Same [***] as above, man with an accent calls and tells me he is from Windows and he said our computer is being infected with a virus. He wants me logon my computer. I asked his name. He said "Kevin Vales", I asked his Ph# and address. He said 1928 Central ... blah blah Los Angeles. I was very calm and said "How can I trust you with my computer if you can't give me your correct name, # , and address. He started to get impatient and agitated. Then out of no where he says " No one can save you mother f***er", and hangs up.   I tried to dial the number but it did not work.  I was laughing my ass off, It made my night !  10 mins ago.

I receive a call from this number once every 3 months. I love to answer and keep this idiot in suspense. He always says "hello, I'm calling about your windows computer. Our records indicate that there is some activity from your IP address that is flagging us to notify you. Are you in front of your computer?" Right when he gets to computer I interrupt and say Hello? He then says hello, can u hear me? I say that's better, I can hear you. What's wrong with my computer? Lol

Repeat this about 7 times then the guy realizes he is being humiliated. And then he hangs up on you lol

That guy calls at least once a week. Changes the # all the time.
I'm getting fustrated...today I told him to quit calling me because I know it's a scam.  He called me a son of a [***]. He knows I am a female because he said Mrs.and my name to start with.
Is there anything I can do to stop those annoying calls

He called me too and I told him that he had called a computer business and he proceeded to use foul language called me an effing b.  and who did i eff last night .... :( that numbers blocked

Got a call from this number claiming to be Eddy from Windows customer support and that my computer has been hacked and people are trying to access my info. I promptly told him off saying "I know this is a scam, I have a firewall, the caller ID would have said Redmond, and if you call me again I will report you to the FCC." If they call again, I will follow along, doing nothing of course, take notes and file a report with the FCC and alert MSFT.

I think if you call the customer support number on your phone bill you can have them block the number.

Called here. I do not answer numbers i do not recognize, especially out of state. Rang 5 times then hung up. I have reported so many numbers to the fcc and do not call list and nothing ever gets done.

Male caller with Indian accent claiming that he is a representative for Microsoft Windows and that he has knowledge that my computer was hacked.  He was asking me to go through steps on my computer- I said I have never heard of Microsoft calling  to help with any issues such as this.  I asked for his phone number and he would not give it to me.  I said if you were legitimate you would give me your business number although I already had it on Caller ID.

I keep getting calls from this number. I don't answer because I do not know anyone in that area code. I'm sure it's a scammed though!

I have been getting the very same call - a man with an accent from India called me every day last week and I did pick up the phone on Sunday only to have a frantic man on the other end wanting me to hurry and turn on my computer (I was on my way out the door) NOT REALLY!  and he became very pushy and upset that I would not listen to him by following his "orders" by doing what he was telling me to do... I again said NO!  I must leave NOW!  He was not at all happy and insisted on knowing when I would be available later so he could call back but I just pretended that I did not hear his question...On Monday when I arrived home at 1:00, he had already called 3x - starting at 8:40 am!    I KNEW HE WAS A SCAM AND HAVE SPREAD THE WORD TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

My sister has been getting calls like that, not from this one but someone just like this guy and argues with you, I got a call from this number yesterday and hung up without answering it and googled the number last night, had a feeling it was a scammer, I was right. They are all over, her's has been all zeros for the number and from Seattle.

I pretty much played along until I was able to find the exact scam online. When he asked me why Im taking so long to respond I told him - he wasn't happy and told me he wanted to f*** my mom... I told him gross, shes 70...

My suggestion, play around and tick the guy off, lol :) but it is a scam - windows will NEVER call your phone for this type of garbage!

He has called me every other week for 3 months now. Nothing I say will stop him. Everytime he calls as Peter with windows wanting to talk about me computer. I tell him I don't own a computer, which is the truth. Today he told me he was gonna [***] me tonight abou 5 times over and that he would put his dick on my [***]. As a victim of rape and abuse it is terribly triggering. I need him to stop terrorizing my life.

I keep receiving a call from 802-201-5896.  He says that his name is Ron and that he's calling about my computer. I tell him to stop calling and he hangs up.

Very vulgar comments very disrespectful...will file charges if need be..
