I got this letter too a few months ago and I tried calling and got threw once just to pretty much waste their time.  I told them I was currently in Washington Indiana for businesse and would like to meet for coffee to talk about this more privately he ended up calling me a liar. When I said why you were on business in Canada why cant I be on business in Washington Indiana , he swore at me and hung up on me.  Love wasting their time. also not worried about long distance either thanks to my plan :)

Not the brightest of scams, Benjamin if that is his real name is counting on people being gullible enough to give him access to information which he can use to persuade you of your cash. I have an unusual last name and know everybody in my family tree for the last 200 years, so there is nobody called James who died and left $4.2 million.

Received THE letter today that you all have received. We are to inherit $4.2 million Yippee.  What a joke and SCAM.  I dialled the number just to see if the voice was authentic..Of course my suspicions were correct.  Mr. Williams had what I suspect is a Nigerian accent.  Stay AWAY from these letters

i have received a letter also , same phone number and same fax no. as stated above .Maritme professional INC. Washing, indianna 47834. phone # 1 812-565-5201 . fax # 1320-306-5766 .  it was about one of his deseased clients by the name of James Sauve , and i was extended family and would receive 4.2 million dollars u.s. He mentioned also that James Sauve wasnt married and had no children ...he did not call me . I just received a letter and called him . like most of us he did not want to give the time of day . he just  wanted me to send him an email . so I did . I have this email and am keeping it for  my records at this point .

hello sgt Shindell , i received a letter from the place you mentioned on your message . the only personal info i gave on an email was my address and my email address . i am going to my local police tomorrow morning . I figured it was a scam and googled his name  ,phone number etc... .  thank you so much .

Husband received a letter today stating we inherited 4.2 million from a deceased relative. New it was a scam right off the bat when you don't need to prove who you are.

This is exactly what I was thinking.....they are hoping for the little percentage of people who will be extremely gullible and believe this......we can laugh it off,but these scammers are, as you put it, 'sophisticated'.....they are parasites waiting for the right hosts to fester on.

My brother got the same letter and it came form Ontario saying it was maritime professional inc Washington, indinana , he said he was Benjamin William consultant what a scam

I'm a Canadian & just received the scam letter about a 4.2 million inheritance. He's going by the name now of Hector Williams in Washington, Indiana. Beware!

we received the same scam letter today, only it was from Mr. Hector Williams at Freedom Professional Inc. at the same Washington, Indiana address.  It was mailed from Markham, Ontario.  The bad grammar was my 1st clue of it being a scam

i would like to know how someone from the US has my address and all my information. the letter states it's coming from Indiana meanwhile the return address on the envelop says Markham On. i know there's no way of catching them, do we still need to bring the letter to the local police? thank you

BOX 1000 / C.P. 1000   MARKHAM, ONTARIO  L3P 3N3   I didn't fall for this scam.

Same letter and phone number but they used Hector Williams as a name

i have been dealing with the same letter and emails, i have replied back asking them if they could pay as i have no money and then i will fill there pockets lol

May 25, 2016 Received a letter from Freedom Professional Inc. Address; 322 E Main St. Suite 200 Washington Indiana.States that he is an accountant and works for an off shore financial institution.Claims he got the contact information threw a search on the internet.States the funds come from a life insurance in the amount of 4.2 million. Ends his letter with the name Hector Williams

Letter was mailed from Mississauga, Ontario L5T 2N5.
Received the same kind of letter and am suppose to inherit 4.2 million.  The letter was from

Letter from Hector Williams "FREEDOM PROFESSIONAL INC. 322 Main St. Suite 200 Washington, Indiana" "Phone: 1812-565-5201" came addressed to my son who hasn't lived with me for 10 years. Just for fun I went on Google street view to find the address. Found 320 and 324 E Main but no 322. Googled the phone number and this website was one of the results. I find it interesting, as evidenced by other posters here, that they're using different address numbers on the same street and different given names for the "Williams" surname.

Letter from FREEDOM PROFESSIONAL INC., Washington, Indiana for a claim as beneficiary as an extended family member for $4.2 Million in an off-shore account from Mr. Hector Williams. Gave this letter to the local RCMP.
