I got a call today at my job from this same company. They had all of information and stated that I owed for a payday lone from last year. First of all pay loans are against the law in my state and I don't have any loans with anyone. Secondly it is not possible to "press charges against ones SS#. So you know that they are stupid. I ran a check of the phone number 813-436-8927 and there is a fee to get the address. Maybe I'll invest in the 10.00. Please do not give these scamers any of your information or send them any money.

got a call this week and last week from 2 different numbers, but same guy with a Middle Eastern accent. Both times said his name was Jeff Thomas...yeah right! Said he was with Affadavit Consolidation Services...and he rattled off the last 4 digits of my social and drivers license. Couldn't really understand the rest...but was something along the lines of charges against me...need to call him or they would file charges in my county...and then one time he said I need to call or the wrath of the company would come down on me. REally weird...and he never said who he was representing....so I'm not calling back....will probably end up changing my number soon! Sounds like alot of crap...and after reading everyone else's posts....pretty sure it's crap.
Oh yeah, one time the call back number was 813-436-8927 and the other time it was 817-231-7416.

The calls I am getting calls as early as 5:50am!  My caller calls himself John David, supervisor Andrew Dell both also with a thick Indian accent.  A couple days ago, they called 17 times between 6:30am and 7:45am!!  They left messages on 2 of my co workers voice mails saying that I had a legal case pending against me.  They break all the rules!  The call back number I was given is 212-372-7274.  When I called back, I was also given no information.  They just kept trying to impress upon me that it is a legal matter and that the police were going to come to my house.  It just makes me really nervous because they told me my bank routing & account number, ss#, address, mother's maiden name, and driver's license number.  It seems like I've put my info into an insecure site that they've somehow gotten into.

Some guy named Alex Parker keeps calling my sister's house for me and tells her they are going to put "Charges" and a "lien" against my SS number and have scared her. I'm not sure how they would have connected my Sister's number to me! I'm glad I found this, because I am going to call and find out whats going on!

I received a call from Addy Jones demanding that I call him back because I was being sued. The number left was 813-436-8927. Mike Wilson Picked up the phone when I called back. He was very rude and I will call Fox 5 news to investigate. I was informed that I owed money to Cash Co. Payday loan. They don't exist! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from a guy named Mark Williams saying he was from a company called Affidavit Consolidation Services.  Now firstly, there was no way this guy's name could not really be Mark Williams because it was obvious he was a foreigner.  He said that I was being sued by the Federal Aid people and my social security number was being investigated. I think that this is a scam because I do have student loans, but they are all current.  I was frightened out of my mind when I heard the news but now after seeing these postings I beleive it's a scam.

I received calls from Arnold Watson and Frank Jackson. They scammed me out of money because they had my bank info. I filed a complaint with my attorney general and with the better business bureau because they need to be stopped. You can locate all four of their businesses with numbers and email through the better business bureau. This needs to be done to shut them down and they can stop scamming people. They are rude individuals. Good thing that this website is here.

They also have companies called Amazo Consulting, Ameri Corps Services, and National Affidavit Process Services. I also have forms they faxed to my bank when I filed a complaint with unauthorized transactions. They are hacking into payday systems retrieving information. Even if you never took out a payday loan but you inquired about it and filled out an application online.

I am willing to take them to court. This must STOP!

I have been receiving calls from this number 052497347, at my workplace from a Mark Williams( Very heavy indian accent) wanting me to write down my court case number. When I asked them if I could have their address they no that is not my job to do that they are here to inform me about a lawsuit filled against me. The so called supervisor got mad when I told him that I wasnt going to write nothing down until they gave me their address and he asked to be transfer to MY supervisor. jajaja I then told him that my lawyer was listening to the called and they hang up.

This is definitely a scam.  I have received repeated calls from these people.  They will not give a business address, won't even disclose the name of the cash advance company they are supposedly collecting for. Names are "Kevin Kingsley, Steven Johnson and James Parker" - all scam artists.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!! Get their information and report them to the Better Business Bureau!

this company affidavit consolidation services called saying I owe $300.00 to a payday advance that does not exits and then said the amount is now 517 then he called again saying it was 510. Would not provide any details on the company or ref number. He call from a Broward County number 954-603-5038. then he gave a second number to a Roger Smith at 202-379-2317. All wanted my ssn saying they would put charges aqainst my ssn from 30 pages. These people need to be stopped we all need to report them.

I've had these people calling me the last two days and now a voicemail from julian sanders saying they are coming to my work tomorrow and putting me behind bars

British accent - male. Stated lawsuit and investigation if I don't pay. Wanted personal information and credit card information. Call center background noise. The 813 436 9827 number they are using is connected via VoIP. They are out of the country and use the device MagicJack, a VoIP, over computer, so that they can choose a United States number.

They keep calling me too, thick Indian accent, names like Angelina Johnson, Jeff Thomas, John Smith... yeah right. I ask to speak to a supervisor and get hung up on, I ask what "legal" company they work for and i always get the same reaction: they get mad and rude telling me that they have a lawsuit against "friend" they are trying to get a hold of. So, i called them back gave them the info they already have on me (my name and phone number) they were very pleasant until i told them that this converstation was being recorded and if they continue to call me, my "friend", or anyone else connected to my name i will press charges. The guy screamed into the phone "WELL WE ALREADY HAVE CHARGES AGAINST YOUR FRIEND!" and he hung up. I think i will call again tomorrow :)

Well at least they havent called me today last night i shut my phone off and from 400-630pm i got 35 hang up voicemails from these people. Last time i talked to them told them contaced the attorney general and federal trade commission and the fair act debt protection. Waiting on a response from a free attorney with the fair act debt. These people are harassing and when i asked them for the number of the creditor they were trying to collect for guess what they gave me the wrong number. Probably just another one of there number they use.

I have had these people calling me at work, when I start to ask questions they yell at me! I even had one call 4-5 times in a row and called ME an idiot!!! I don't know who I can report this too but it is affected my job!!

Richard Brown told me he worked for A.C.S and gave me this number;516-833-3191 When I called it back he answered as Cash Advance! When I asked him why he told me he worked for ACS, he said there was another Richard Brown that worked there. I said 2 indians named Richard Brown at the same company? He hung up on me.

got the same call twice.  When I started asking questions he got very upset at me and said I would be getting a lawsuit filed aginst me.  I beleive it was the same man calling with different names, transfering me to a "supervisor" which I think was the same person.  This is BS.  The more questions I asked the more upset he got.  The scary thing is that they had all my info.

These people started to call me as well. It started two days ago. At first I was worndering did I really owe them because I did have a payday loan out. But then I thought about it and it was not the same company who I had one out with. What they are doing is hacking our information from the data base these online payday loans have. I would make all of your friends and family aware of this madness. I asked to speak to the guys manager and he kept telling me to "Shut Up" his name was John Smith. He told me if I did not pay them that he was going to call my job 1000 times a day and have me fired. So what I did was agree that I was going to pay on the 30th of this month so I could get all the information from them.  They sent me a bogus fax trying to get my credit card information , etc.  I talked to the IT department at my job and they are working to see if they can block the number 052497347 from calling me or if that does not work they will give me a new extension.  It is very scary because they did have all my info ssn, address, dob, etc. Plus some of my friends and family name that I have put down as a reference for the one time I did do a payday loan online.  Never ever again. I suggest to the people  that if they do have all your information to put a fraud alrert on your credit by going to experian.com.  Its safer to be sorry type of deal. No telling what these loosers are capable of. Spoke to my attorney general out here in my state adn tehy was well aware of this scam. He told me it was a scame and next time they call to blow a whistle in their ears lol. But he said if anyone really does come to my door looking for me to call the police.  I hope the more information we all spread they are not able to get anybody. This is really low.

this "little"  Scam is getting bigger and bigger by the day.  It seems that these guys and gals have several different scams going on.  this one starts with a website and then turns to bill collections.   They are also connected with many "craig's list" and ebay scams.  If you get a call that you are not sure about ask them for their mailing address and check it out.  tell them  to send you information about the bill in writing through the postage mailing box.  Don't give them any information what so ever!  they are only going on what they know or think they know and that is very little.

These people have called my job everyday telling my business to whoever answers the phone. I tried to tell him that it is against the law to discuss my business with other people.  I told them they are not to bug me on my job. these people are very rude and no customer service at all.  I blocked my number when I called and the guy answered can I help you never said who they were. Then I asked who am I speaking with and he asked rudely who are you looking for.  That was very rude.  I cursed him out and told him he better not call me anymore.

These idiots keep calling my phone and leaving threatening messages.  I don't answer calls that I don't recognize but they have pissed me off. I'm going to start calling them when its free time to call and give them a bunch of bullchit. Stupid idiots need to get a job.

I will never send them any money. They need to move on. They claim to be Affadavit Consollidations Services, what the heck is that? Some bogus name they made up, what the heck are they consolidating, all those bogus numbers and names they give, I hope they get shut down, if not by Interpol then a hurricane or typhoon. Stupid idots.
