This telephone number w/ Florence, KY on the ID screen has been calling my office telephone number for days and multiple times per day.  They ask for a person who has not worked here for 6+ years.  I sometimes ignore the call when I recognize the number.  But sometimes I answer and tell the caller the person is no longer here and tell them my telephone number is on the Do Not Call list.  But the calls continue.  Very frustrating.

These people, whom ever they are need to be stopped.  I'm disabled, and when the phone starts ringing at 8:10am, it is Very annoying.  Where else can I complain about this?  Thank you.

Citicards. After annoying my wife with calls and no messages for days. Turns out this is an outsourced calling center from India. Both men and women called, but did not communicate with her, and left no voice mails.
She verified they were real by having them give details of her last payment and other transactions.
Think they need to supervise and train these people more to communicate with customers. Calling multiple times a day and not talking or leaving a message creates a poor impression.

If your getting calls from Florence,KY. you are past due on an account that is financially backed by Citi Cards. It is not a scam and not a solicitation, which is why the calls don't stop after putting your name on the National Do Not Call Registry. Citi handles numerous accounts including almost all gas cards, Tractor Supply, Goodyear, Radio Shack, Fred Meyer, Zales, Home Depot, Sears, Children's Place, National Tire and Battery, thats just a few of their Private Label Cards. The reason that your getting calls at your place of employment is because you listed it as your work number when you applied for the card. And the reps on the other end of that line are not from or located in India, they reside in Florence, Ky. They work on an auto dialer that sends out calls, so no one actually means to hang up on you. I will share with you this helpful piece of advice, don't hang up. If you find yourself out of work or laid off, on a fixed income, experiencing financial hardship from extra expenses, or just about any reason you didn't pay your bill Citi will work out an arrangement to HELP you. Just keep in mind the person calling you woke up way before 8am to start calling you and its their job. They need money so they don't start getting collection calls.

The person they are trying to reach listed that phone number as a good contact number when he/she applied for a credit card. Tell them that person is not or never has been employed there, the phone number will be deleted.

After receiving two calls today I warned them to never contact me again or I would call the police and reported the number to my local FBI office anyways.

Claim to be from citibank indicating a charge for citi m/c was declined. I don't own such card. Scammer.

This number calls several times a day. When I answer the call, she spoke about the payments, ...., and then hang up, as if the line was dropped.

How to stop it!

I found out this is a cell phone.  I didn't realize Citibank was into sending out mass calls via cell phone.

I get about 20 calls a week from the freaks and they never leave a message. One time I did answer but there was noone there. Some say its citi bank so I  called there 800 # on my card and told them my  payment was going to be late. They said fine and reminded me about the late charge. They said that they would not be calling me again but the calls have not stopped so I don't think it is Citi Bank calling.
Just beware of giving any information to anyone on the phone. I never do if they have my number then they should have my info already

from the information you posted you must work for them. So tell them to leave a message or quit calling. I'm disabled and I never answer the phone. I return all my calls that leave messages as soon as  I am able to get assistance getting around.

I received a call today from 8592838071. The guy says it is from citibank regarding my citicard credit card account. But when I asked more detail he hung up. The only place that I have given my credit card is Seckel Capital. Then I called the citicard Account Assistance:1-866-905-2784 where I spoke with Anna who at first didn't find in her system that there was any call made from Citibank regarding my account with them. Then she looked up the number and said yes that was a call made from Citibank and she is going to connect me. She connected me to Paul, apparently who has called me earlier. So, after the greetings Paul hung up.........WTF is this with Citibank. Technically Citibank should have called me back but they hadn't. If a customer think her card was compromised and Citibank cares then they should have called. But they didn't. Also, in past 3 years Citibank has changed my credit card twice saying that my card account number might have been compromised. CITIBANK CUSTOMER SERVICE NOW SUCKS.

I believe this is a scam. I don't have an account with any place, I have no idea how they got my number. I don't answer, they continue to call at least three times a day. I want it to stop. NEVER GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE

Yeah it has to be affiliated with CitiBank.   I just stopped paying on my accoun this week.    I was expecting their harassing calls.     Bankruptcy looms so they can keep calling!   :-)

Just want to say all of you saying its citibank are just dumb.

I DONT HAVE A CITIBANK credit card and they call me anyway.

Citi Bank Credit Card.
If you have past due amount, they will call you from the number.

Repeated calls from this number.  I don't answer calls if I don't know who it is.  No messages.  I don't and have never had an account with Citi.  Reported to the local FBI office.
