Called both my cell and land lines.  Left no message on cell, tried to get the person who answered my land line to give personal information.

Called me twice today, but left no message.

Apparently this is Citi Card because when i called it back it wanted my credit card info. I don't know if it is a scam or not.

This number constantly calls my house.  Finally I answered and the person on the other end refused to tell me where he was from.  All he would say is "I'm Todd, who am I speaking to?" I told that I wasn't telling him who I was until he told me what company he was from.  He just kept saying "I'm Todd" and he also said "I'll tell you where I'm calling from if you tell me who you are"  I hung up on him.  The number keeps calling, so now they get to hear my fax machine.  I hope the sound is very loud thru thier phone.  Thay can go to H#LL!!!

I was called twice at work by this number, but they didn't leave a message. They called me at home, so I answered, but they hung up without saying a word. From the postings here, I'm assuming this is a scam.

I too do not have an account with Citi-bank and if this is who it is,they are getting annoying.

this is definitely not citibank, i don't have an account with them, know no one that does, and there would be no legitimate reason for them to have my number... sooo... be careful

They called my company several times today. There is another number they use as well: 505-797-6100. In both cases, they left the callback number: 866-444-4986. They will not say why they are calling, only that they are from CitiBank. You can report this at www.donotcall.gov. I have asked them several times to remove us from their list, they continue to call. The law as of September 1, 2009 states: prerecorded commercial telemarketing calls to consumers will be prohibited and those who continue to do so may receive a penalty of $16,000 per call. If I were Citibank I'd have the lawyers on this. It is not good presentation for their company!

Its definitely not a ligament company. The only time I've had a chance to speak with someone I got hung up on.

If they really need to contact me. They can send me a certified letter, Citi should have that info. Other than that they can call as many times they want, they are not going to make me answer that call.

A bank should never have to ask you for your personal information, and even creditors ALWAYS have to identify the company which whom they are affiliated.
Several calls daily-pick up, no answer-call back, it's "Citibank" and asks for account number.

Scam.

I have called my card affiliated with the aforementioned numbers and "bank", and there are NO notations on my account, as well as a ZERO balance.

This person calls several times a day, and ran my cell phone bill up over $150.00 last month alone.  Never anyone there, no message...just harassment. Am reporting to phone company.

They have called 2 times already today...I searched for the number first...after reading this, I hung up on them.

I just got a call from this number and I don't have a Citi Group or Citibank account so I'd say....SCAM!!!!

What is wrong with you people who say this is a scam number?  You either are talking about the wrong number, or want people to get in trouble with creditors.  

It's CitiBank, probably calling because you are over the limit or late on a payment.  They will continue calling (without leaving a message) until you speak with someone.  If you're still paranoid, just call CitiBank directly and ask why you've been recieving calls.
