- John replies to CandieYour bank is required by Visa MC regulations to allow you to dispute and chargeback this transaction. It being run on a debit card versus credit card has nothing to do with Visa MC Rules and Regulations.

- Sleepy Old Fart replies to unavailable like youThey woke me up three times with their un-answered automated calls. I may be old and slow but not stupid. The fourth day they, the mysterious Unidentified number on my cell phone, rang I got Matt Carter's message. Since then I've just gotten more and more pissed-off about this company ... rather the PEOPLE running and employed by this company and I wasn't even scammed outta my money.
I'm an old guy in poor health who has been scammed out of much needed sleep. They intruded on my privacy and made me suffer first from lost sleep, but now from knowing how long these a**holes have been getting away with this crap.
I found this six page "WhoCallsMe" treasure trove of AMS and Longwood sleeze stories while on a break from typing a response to John Wilson who responded the the complaint I filed at Online Business Bureau complaint I filed last week. All I can think now is that my complaint there will be useless. These folks smile all the way to the bank while our Superman straight shooter efforts to deal with them by typing words fall off them like rain in a gutter.
Sure makes me think another type of justice needs to be meted out to them ... the old fashion way. - cvbxcv replies to Paul with Auto Marketing SystemsSCaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
- Nick JoffreYeah they called me today from Unkown Name, Unknown Number, they say they're in Virginia, but can help me sell my car in Canada (West Coast) Now how's that gonna happen? His name was Matt Carter when I called back at 1-866-326-9921 _ I got Jennifer at 1-866-326-0809. Oh she said there were 75 people looking for my particular in demand vehicle ( 07 Subaru Legacy Outback) It's cheap to get an 800 number. They are Auto Marketing System or AMS Vehicle Sales. Sorry but I believe it's just another way for a company to make easy money off you with no results!

- Sue replies to Paul with Auto Marketing SystemsPaul,
It's important to remember. People rarely bother to go on line, and report something good.
People love to butch! I also appreciate being able to go on line, and check out the comments about what I may buy. So good luck to you.
I to got a call 3 weeks ago, about my 1973 Cutlass. Not only did I bit, but, my son was with me when I got the call, I had the speaker on. Having promised him the money from the sale, he was all to happy to pay you.
I have only good experience. AFTER we paid for your services, I've gotten several calls. Asking me to put pictures on the add so the car would perhaps sale faster. Checking to see if I had received my recite......... and so on. If you guys are scamming, and do not have the best intentions?
Why are you calling AFTER YOU HAVE MY MONEY? I'm just saying.
Thank for your help, and good luck to you, Sue
Oh, in the 3 weeks I've had the add. The reason I know you guys have called me around 2 times a week asking for info that may help the sale of the car, is because it shows up on my caller ID.
Did I say you already have my money? I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. - Emily replies to Paul with Auto Marketing SystemsFor those you are contacting via craigslist such as myself we make it known that it is not okay to contact us with other services. You can clearly see at the bottom of the post that it says "it's NOT okay to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests". In other words, we don't wish to have scammers calling us trying to make money out of selling our cars and screwing us over in the end. Clearly you're aware of the fraud case with your company. No need to reply to this post, Paul. After reading through the forum it seems you have been scared off anyways. We're not stupid people, so don't come on this forum trying to talk the company you work for up, nobody's taking the bait.
- tim replies to Paul with Auto Marketing SystemsYou have been made. I reccommend refunding any money you have scammed and the system may go a little on you.

We fulfilled all their requirementS for the refund but are now being told they are having "administration problems" KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
- CSBergerI used this company, and at this point I think it might be a scam. I signed up in Oct. and have not got one call from anyone to buy my car. I called ams about 3 weeks ago to ask what was going on and they said they would update my listing. I would not recommend this service to anyone! I agree with Stan!
